Good luck getting proper support if there are hardware issues.
Bought into the idea with the OnePlus One, and encountered bootloops after a botched official OTA update, while unrooted and still "locked" within 5 months of purchase.
No help what so ever. The forums were a joke.
Sometimes you get what you pay for.
If I have issues with a phone within a year, most OEMs will either replace it with a new device or a refurb. OnePlus? Absolutely nothing.
Same here. Glad I'm not the only one. There has to be at least a baker's dozen of us left that like removable batteries and external storage in our phones.
I literally just had my V10 returned to me because of the bootloop. My wife had one right before Christmas.
Worst thing is, they tried to charge me when they didn't charge her.
Because politicians are more greedy this time around?
Funny to hear, I know. The 80's were all about excess, but times haven't really changed all that much.
From TFA:
"Playstation 3 -- FreeBSD now officially supports the Playstation 3 game console. This might be a bit late, but the Playstation 3 has been useful for several number crunching applications due to its processor and its low price."
The PS3 hasn't had the OtherOS option for how long? I don't know of anyone that hasn't updated after that, obviously not the USAF.
I knew *BSD was behind the times, but come on now...
I'm not specifically talking about megaupload. The general populace don't pay any mind to SOPA/PIPA/ACTA because they don't think it'll effect them or their iDevices
As in other articles, people have pointed out that the general public doesn't care.
I know I've done what I can to let people know about the issues, but they seem to just shrug it off like it is no big deal to them.
Some people are too blind to see the tree they're driving into, until it's too late to swerve out of the way.
I grew up in Yakima, and NWI has always been a joke.
Charter goes down more than it is up, & is overpriced.
Qwest (don't know about Century Link, probably worse) DSL is very low tier.
Not many options for places smaller than metropolitan areas.
Even though the service of Clear (in King County) is flakey, it's another option, at least.
I agree! It works better than I hoped. However, I just don't have that much content on my windows laptop.
Now I just got to wait until 360connect comes out for PS3, then I'll be set.
I can honestly do without tv. I get most of my news & entertainment online. The only way I will "switch over" is if cable companies drop their increased pay for HD channels.
And to what someone else said about a tv for $700, some people have bills to pay & a family to feed. We can't drop that kind of cash at one time. Maybe with an income tax return, but we'll see when the time comes.
that, and still continue to use MSFT products.
if these states would walk the walk by using alternatives, I'd be with them.
but, I have a feeling that it's just a lot of talk, and nothing will happen.
Have you ever seen them live? I haven't because they're not my cup of tea, but my cousin has.
He said that they are "alright" live, which leads me to believe that they are way beyond over produced.
If you want techical guitar playing, look elsewhere.
On a side note, I'm totally stoked that Slayer is gonna be on it!
That's why there are tons of shitty movies with tons of shitty sequels.

I thought by the misleading title that it would be for the Tom Brady cover.....
We both have had our phones since the promo of a free charger and SD card back in October 2015.

Fucking magnets! How do they work?
Their corporate headquarters in is Factoria, just outside of Bellevue, Washington
It is pretty much impossible to get a signal in it's general area. The surrounding stores & restaurants are a dead zone.
If they build the network so you can actually get a signal, I will gladly leave AT&T for them.
I often wondered how sites like the ones mentioned above would be pulling a transition from Flash to HTML.
Glad to see Joe Cartoon is getting the message. I might have to subscribe to show my appreciation for the move.
Wish I had mod points. Looks like we had the same slum lord

Yeah. Forbes is a creep. That's exactly what I was thinking of.
Hell, we used to practically be neighbors. I lived off 12th & MacLaren.
The intarwebs isn't as big as one would think.

From my twitter feed this morning...
" @ KIRO7Seattle Microsoft stock up slightly to $24.71 after board voted to show confidence in CEO Steve Ballmer."
Monkey Boy isnt going anywhere for quite sometime.
A fad, or unable to shoehorn Windows 7 into something like an iPad or Xoom?
DYAAAH! I heard that! RIP Les Lye
Dell offers pretty decent laptops with Unbuntu preinstalled. I personally haven't picked one up yet, bit I might in the very near future.

if this is true, I hope for everyone's sake that these are ran by Linux.
