You ask for indie artists that aren't signed to a major label. That's all of them. Indie stands for independent, as in independent of the major labels.
I agree with the second part of what you wrote. I like the bands I like, RIAA affiliated or not. Used CDs do indeed rock.
And I see your logic class didn't teach you about the OR operator, as in may or may not. That doesn't answer my question. I RTFA'd. If it's not proprietary, would they let me bring my own?
Sorry, I misunderstood your earlier comment. I thought you meant playing tracks in sequential order from the CD (i.e. track 3 followed by track 4). I agree with you, if I really want to hear a song again, I can manually intervene, and I don't want my mp3 player to play the same track back to back.
Sorry to reply to myself, but there were supposed to be [dale gribble]...[/dale gribble] tags around that. It must have eaten my angle brackets. Maybe that will make it funny.
I know this probably won't get read, since the story is several days old, but anyway...
Actually, I just finished filling out my tax forms in North Carolina. There is a spot to fill out to get credit for out of state sales tax, in addition to the "use tax."
He died too late to remove his name from the ballot. They continued with the understanding that his widow would be appointed if he won. So, while technically Ashcroft did lose to a dead man, he really lost to a dead man's widow, who had no previous elected experience. That may be even worse.
Road Tools makes CoolPads that prop up the laptop to allow more airflow and they pivot.
That's flamebait if I ever heard it.
"The average church do gooder"???
First of all, it's aimed towards teenagers. They can pick up just about anything you put in front of them.
Second of all, apparently you think that only mindless sheep go to church, but that couldn't be farther from the truth.
I know...I know...don't feed the trolls.
Were you a BH surfer?
I loved Independent Worm Saloon.
Didn't you mean "its the same thing"?
Now it is dead.
So close...
"Your right. But you're point is mute." would have been +5 funny instead of +4.
I pictured Dick Cheney sorting mail in the back. Much funnier image.
Really it should be 1729.
Ramanujan observed that it had the interesting property of being the sum of two distinct pairs of cubes.
12^3 + 1^3 = 10^3 + 9^3
My favorite quote on the matter is:
"He uses statistics like a drunk man uses a lamppost: for support rather than illumination."
Sorry I don't remember who said it.
It's all semantics, but I don't consider "indie" a musical genre like I think some people do.
-1 Redundant for you.

Except that both bricks and feathers are solids, thus measured in avoirdupois weights.
I've got that "trench" game on my HP-48GX, but it's called "cave." Got me through several math classes, too.

Can you bring your own thumb drive or do you have to buy one there?

I have Joe Boxer brand boxers that have the instructions "Change Daily" on them.
1 in 11, actually. :)
But seriously, what do you mean intelligently? Is playing two consecutive tracks back-to-back intellingent or not?
So the expected value would be approximately (N!)/2, wouldn't it?

You know what Ford stands for, don't you? Fix it again, Tony.
No - an iPod Mini Mini.

No, no, no! You troll! It costs 45 cents to collect $100 of revenue. Less than one half of one percent is "overhead."
Guybrush Threepwood.
Shoot, you can't mod me up because you've already posted in this thread. So much for karma whoring.
