Its a good idea. I think everyone that goes to the movies have had a cell phone go off near them or around them. Yes there are more practical uses than not and people would get accustomed to not turning it off. They can let the company do it for you.

If I download it online, I would accept DRM in small cases.
If I buy a dvd, DRM is not okay.
Downloading a movie from a pay site, DRM is okay in some instances.
I think that people who pay for music at best buy, circuit city and other location do not share their music as much as a person who gets their music from P2P.
Because of this litigation, we might see higher prices for video games. Video Games don't sell well for $50, they sell great for $20 dollars. Why am I willing to pay 50+ for a video game because of this lawsuit.

People in india who are old need help with their chores, what's the best way of getting it done, keep your kid home and make her do it instead of hiring someone else and paying them. Because of this type of child labor abuse, the cycle continues, the only way to make the kid be rich is for her to get married, usually its to someone who is also poor, uneducated and also the same class.

DVD drives are thompsons drive which are prone to failing, I got a warranty on my xbox, lasted me one year and got it replaced at best buy.
