Why have I stopped watching movies however? It's nothing to do with them invariably sucking... between my girlfriend and I there's ussually at least one movie we'd like to go see. The problem we look at is the ever increasing COST of going to the movies, to get myself and her a ticket, a drink and some popcorn we're looking at ~ $42. That's insane. That's just not value for money.
When value for money is gone... and half the movies you see aren't quite as cool as you'd have hoped. What chance have they got of taking my money? NONE.
We play a MMORPG instead, we can interact together in a virtual world and live our own story... and it sure as hell is better value for money.
Miccrowave popcorn doesn't suck too much either... and is more affordable.
mmm RTW. I find it odd that WoW fails to get a mention... I mean what only 5 million subscribers now and _Still_ growing? I mean surely it's worthy of at least a minor mention? Seems absurd to me not to... maybe they just want to be "different".;P
Yes because we ALL know that voting in a bunch of liers will get us what we want... when they tell us they'll do what we want to get what they want.
Sad to say it but democratic values are traded amongst polititians so they can all get what they came for. Generally speaking politians dont care what we want as long as we vote for them, once they're in they resume THEIR agendas. Our wants and needs take a secondary seat to their main agenda.

I tried coding a test on my rat cluster with ye olde "hello world"... but it kept printing out "kill mmeeeee".... obviously I still have some bugs to squash out of my code.

There is more way's to get email address's then simple address distribution. Think randomised domain spamming, wait to check bounces.... lock in delivered mail. Spam away happily.

As far as I can tell, the multiplayer was cracked some time ago... frankly Counter Strike Source has a monolithic fan base, to think there wouldn't be some sort of MyG0t type person out there not trying to get it cracked from day one is a rediculous thought... so yeah there's probably a bunch of warez servers out there. Those people would be unable to connect to a normal server however, not unless they stole somones username/password for steam.
It's kind of like the player run shards for UO... and no doubt soon to be WOW ones... setup a server to pretend to be the authentic one... blah blah blah.
Making something uncrackable... that's a hard task. It's probably not impossible, good luck to valve:)

It's all a bit murky really but it doesn't look (imho) that Valve are all that innocent here. They signed an agreement to release a certain number of games through sierra... and now they're trying to get around that.
