    Actually yes, The old saying always holds true, to be conservative and young is to be heartless, to be liberal and old is to be brainless. In this case the schools themselves are among the most liberal in the entire country. Anyone who would openly admit they are conservative in that environment is probably just a contrarian or an idiot. So yes, but testing only college students, the test becomes inaccurate. I suspect if this test were given to senior citizens, the result would likely be the exact opposite.

    I was under the impression flash ram had (although high) limited number of uses. I would suspect the constant writing and re-writing our hard drives go through would push those limits.

    It's nice that they have decided to give up crime, *cough* now that they have been caught *cough*, but they still need to serve a lot more time.

    I certainly hope that the lawsuits continue one after the next, after the next, until every last infected CD is recalled and every last infected computer cleaned of all of this unauthorized crap!

    All in all i think this is a very good thing. Stuff like this happens all the time, but for once it's somebody with something to loose. And it's gotten some of the politicians thinking about things they should have been thinking about a decade ago.

    Sony BMG said it stands by content protection technology "as an important tool to protect our intellectual property rights and those of our artists." Doesn't sound like a very sincere apology. I'de sure like to install claria/gator, mycoolwebsearch, and and a few keyloggers on Sony's computers and see how they like it!!

    These master spammers must have a pretty good link to their customers after all. I just started trying the blue frog thing out, and sent all of my saved up old spam to the honepots. I typically get 30+ per day. I have had nothing for 3 days. I think it's working!

    Had that been in the noncompete from the get go it would have actually been a legal contract. MS wanted that right for nothing, and as a result have a contract worth that much.
