    actually the preference for tube based amps is founded on the fact that they have a different sound than Transistor amp and they don't saturate harshly the way a transistor amp does.

    ball mice have the same behavior, however usually if you are moving one fast enough to get the effect you are already jostling the ball enough to lose any semblance of control.

    my old Nokia 5185i has independant components for the ringer and headset, the ringer points out the side of the unit so even though it can be painful if it goes off next to our head it isn't being directed towards your ear.

    the fault in that arguement is that the virus that infects 10,000 will saturate the available pool of vulnerable machines faster and often be easier to eradicate due to it's agressive nature.

    most DSL/Cable providers don't care if you do host a server, they just don't want you calling tech support because your web server isn't set up right or bitching that you "very important" server is offline due to an outage

    After reading the article and looking at the diagram i wonder how the vulnerability of scramjet engine compares with a turbojet or turbofan when it comes to impacting birds and or bats, though at this time i am sure these engines are only being used at very high altitudes and in controlled conditions but if they make it into production fighter aircraft they will be used at lower altitudes. the lack of anything blocking off the path of the air in the diagrams makes it look almost as if an object would pass completely through the engine without damaging it, though i'm sure the object would be burnt to a crisp.

    do a full tree AI, incorporating all knowlege the computer has about the game state predict the flow of the game out untill there is insufficient data to have a reasonable guess, then choose the path which has the greatesd difference in points betweeen computer and opponent.
