Imagine people crashing on the net and that would create pileups and then people would be rubbernecking and that would slow everyone's network down! We would tune into our radios to find out what sites to not go to since they have wrecks on them and Norton-tama would be out there with his data stretcher taking what was left of the poor souls concionsness back to the data hospital for repair! LOL!!

This whole thing reeks of SGC involvement. I'll bet they found an ancient base down there and are using this project to funnel money and equipment down there.
