I meant remove religion classes\courses.If a student wants to wear a cross because he chooses so is his own right to believe in what he wants.What i meant was to remove any influence that he would get to go toward a particular one because of where he live or parents or goverments. If you believe in god or a particular religion that doesnt mean you have the right to force it down the throat of your children or the rest of society like it's being done right now around the world!

When the first series started back in the 60's, it was inovative in all perspective, there was for the first time a crew with several different nation.Gene rodenberry saw a possibility of nations getting together to explore space, no racism, no meddling in other culture. Enteprises now is just a bad excuse and a bad copy of the original series that i agree with and it should have never existed. But never say the first series was bad, It cannot be compare to firefly, farscape or babylon V, they are different in every aspect!
I dont deny that MAC has less bugs than microsoft but it's only because almost nobody uses it so software companies and developpers dont make a lot of software for that particular O.S, you see the same software over and over again, illustrator,quarkexpress,photoshop etc..etc..
The only reason most software works good under MAC is because there is so few of them out there, put it backwards and make MAC the most used O.S and in no time you'll see all kind of shit happening, software crashes and bugs all over the place including viruses, malware and addware.
They only have the advantage of being unpopular.

I have one Mac user and he made his MAc os x crash big time by applying a patch!! talk about stability, he had to go to a MAC shop fot them to run programms and finally re-install everything. You cant even ctrl-alt-del or use safemode to restore to a previuosly good config. Microsoft may have some bugs but at least they have tools to help you restore your desktop 90 % of the time without having to re-install everything.

Today's parent seem to just dont give a damn about what they hand down to their kids,in the matter of games and stuff! they are so overwhelmed about the technology that they step back because they dont understand it and most games is of no interest whatsoever to them,so what's the harm it could cause. I saw a kid about 8 years old trying to get his father to buy "grand theft auto" he almost convinced the dad,the guy said no but not because he actually read the rating but just because he didnt want to buy it! and the stores are also to blame, they will sell to anyone. Parent are scared to lay down the law and apply rules, it's easier to just give in. For me , i'll choose the hard part.

I know i'm way off topic,but i'm so tired of logging on slashdot and there is 50% talk about google this,google that.Isnt there some other technology worth writing on? There should be a -3 for too much articles about the same subject in one day or week. Who cares if they change staff, it's not like it's going to impact on world peace/trade or anything else as a matter of fact. Google articles have the same interest as knowing that a subway driver has loose change in his pocket!
There is too much automation when it commes to human interactivity, ATM machines instead of clerks, Automated voice recognition when you call certain companies,(we have bell in montreal that has a female bot that asks you question and it (SUCKS ASS)
We do not need more of it, we need better systems and not trying to replace humans in every kind of jobs, sure there is some advantage in using technology, dont get me wrong but not at the expense of making people poor or socially disfonctionnal.
