why cant they use a normal machine like a pentium IV 2,4 ghz with a ultra-ata 166 and 1 gig of ddr 400.That's more common and more realistic.
The it department compromised the file system by being careless on who has access to the data.If it's that easy to get password and login info over the phone or even on the internet like "forgot your password" option, maybe they should change all of their IT staff.

i think your responsible for what you say,even on the internet, free speech doesnt mean you have the right to accuse or insult somebody based on something you read that may or may not be accurate.
If you cost someone's job by posting something on the net, then this person should have the right to sue you, unless it's child porn or political screw up that gets the common people paying for something illegal.
So this comes downs to,you have the right to say whatever you want but be prepare to pay the consequences.

a g5 mac is a spotless machine and when you open it it's like a candy store for computer geek, but hey i can use a silver spray can to make my pc's interior look the same.

the reason they all speak english is because of a little gadget named UNIVERSAl TRANSLATOR,,wich enables humans to understand other language, works both ways (in the series)try to follow a story when you just hear weird language,it also helps them get rid of subtiltes.

put a MAC OSX, a Windows xp/2000 and a linux O.S. with the same guy with the same software installed and loosely the same hardware and productivity will be base on how good this person is with the Software.
Given time, everybody can be productive on any type of platform, it's just knowing the tools and commands and making the most of it.
Every O.S have flaws,but some of these flaws will seem bigger depending on what you use the machine for.
Get a Mac graphic artist on a windows after he's been using a G5 MAC,,,damn he'll cry is hearth out saying it's the slowest thing in the world and that it's easier with Mac and graphics are better etc..etc..

What's so incoherent at looking at your proxy logs to find out where or what your users have been or downloaded?
rich text format uses word as editor,and you can put pictures and stuff,,maybe easier to put a virus in the e-mail directly,,i guess there is something there...

If people are going on warez on job time you will probably know if you check your proxy! if you have any! i know i check often just to see if soemone installs or download something i dont like.
and even though.rar are not files found in basic installed software config,,a good admin will manually put it there and put several others executable files,,depending on how secure you want to be you could also block,ppt files..

How do you go about getting rights to copy files in windows...we tried that solution for a windows 2000 installation format in ntfs,,,,we couldnt work with anything because we didnt have access rights to files,,,,the ntoskrnl was screwed,,,,we still had the version locally in service pack backup but ntfs permission were blocking us,,,we had to use a window base cd recovery
but i guess that in fat 32 we probably wouldnt have got this problem
I think any kind of website that advertise killing/hating nations or races in the name of any type of god or because it's not their way of thinking should be stopped at all cost,,,,free speech expressing your opinion to stimulate people to think before they act and making people realize stuff is good as long as it's not radical thinking instigated by fear of change/other race/religion.
mmmmmmm!!! maybe just maybe dont leave any type of credit card,acces to on-line bank and passwords memorized on your computer,,,,who care if someone get into one of your word file that contains charts about obsucre stuff about your company.......that's my best choice to security for home computers...as for firewall,,,you dont have to go buy a cisco for home usage....just get a small router with firewall capabilities+ a good anti-virus+spam filter and just remember that WHEN IT'S FREE ON THE INTERNET, DOESNT MEAN IT'S GOOD,,,,AND READ THE LICENCE AGREEMENT, unless it's spyware they will actually tell you what your agree to install on your computer.
