I used to access ETRADE all the time with Firefox, but something has changed recently. I'm not sure if ETRADE changed their site or if a newer version of Firefox has issues with it.
What version of Firefox are you other repliers using?
Even the terminology within Google's RSS reader is inconsistent. In the first settings tab, labels/tags/categories/whatever are called "folders". However, the second tab which manages these whatevers is called "tags". I guess it is still in beta...
The upgrade also includes large beige junction boxes, which is causing the predictable uproar among the affluent, yard-obsessed yuppies who live in the suburb in question.
I don't see how you have to be an affluent, yard-obsessed yuppy to not want a giant ugly telecom box in your yard.
Imagine sitting in front of your computer for hours on end performing the same mind-numbing tasks over and over again while occasionally receiving an incremental reward. It's a lot like work except you have to deal with anonymous foul-mouthed morons everywhere you go. Maybe that is exactly like work for some people.
Actually, the Office Space commercial works a lot better than I thought. You could swap out your normal job with WOW and hardly notice the difference.
GP (or at least TFA) is pointing out how transistors in each progressively smaller technology leak more electrical current than the previous generation. This has gotten to the point where the power consumed by leakage is a large portion of the overall power usage of an IC.
Give me a break. Even though the screen may turn on and the mouse pointer moves around a bit, is it usable in one second? I've got a G4 PBook, and it takes at least 10 seconds to get an application to respond decently. Longer if I made the mistake of leaving a disc in the DVD drive.
Just because you believe it doesn't give it any evidence to it being true, material or whatever else you want to call evidence. I believe wood is a reincarnation of my cat fluffy, this is just as true a belief as any belief you have.
I gladly paid ten bucks for a online-enabled Street Fighter II. I just wish there was a freaking joystick, and I'm not really looking forward to buying a Mad Catz joystick when they're available.
I think the reason kids are confused is that they are taught to share when they are children. However, as they grow up, they learn about IP laws and get bombarded with propaganda by the media cartels. IP laws run contrary to the basic concept of sharing. Therefore, you have teenagers who want to share, but are confused about whether to feel good about it.
Uhm... I'm guessing you didn't click on that link I posted. Also, the Wikipedia entry has the explanation for the "Where do you go when the lights go out?" lyric that I've heard before.
For the life of me, I can't remember to put my mouse on its charger at work. At home, I use a Logitech G7 which charges a second battery pack while you are using the mouse. When the one you are using dies, you just swap them out.
What? It isn't the responsiblity of the person making the comment to add the tag. The intent is to have the content engine (Slashcode in this case) add the nofollow tag.
Vonage had to deal with some third company for the number transfer when I switched my number to them. I don't know if this is what caused delays for you, but that seemed to be what took the biggest chunk of time.
I'm not saying that I think Vonage is perfect or anything. A couple of weeks ago, I had 3 or 4 days of outages. I'd still rather give them money than SBC.
Do you have some sort of gorilla man hands or something? I notice that I only rip them when I don't take an extra second or two to make sure I don't rip them.
Take a look at the envelope next time you receive one. The barcode is visible through that window. I've always considered it part of their shipping out procedure, but it can't hurt to make it line up when you send it back.

That's not ironic. That's a coincidence.
...
However, it is ironic that you incorrectly labeled something as irony when referring to a joke that was actually ironic in the first place.
Sorry. I'll just go off somewhere and die now.

It's funny because it's true!
What? The guy posts a joke, and you insult his wife? Sorry if I missed some sarcasm or humor buried in your post.

Those sound like good tags for this article.
leakage current != rewrite limit

Agreed. Even some enjoyable articles like Everywhere Girl and now Slashdot Subculture are deleted.
It is awesome. After every wipe, you get the treasure chest opening music.
All wood?

You don't like spending all your free time in Alterac Valley?

Harry! Harry! Where do you go when the lights go out?

How do you excerise with StepMania if you don't use a dance pad? Do you just play with a control and dance along with it or something?

Zonk, you could at least check if there is a link to the site described in the summary.
