It also appears, that in the Halo Culture, this person is fairly high in rank. Perhaps even an official representative. He is called Shishka with a rank of Master Forum Ninja, who, in this case, seems to be giving an official-looking response to the Halo 2 leak.

Hmm, did I mess up my italics? Nah.
Strange that you dring that up. I had chinese for dinner, and my fortune said: "Do not yet reveal your secret plans", or something to that effect. I wonder if this is part of some secret plot to hide data in egg rolls...
I've played the game, and I had to look up on the internet what in the world he is saying there. I assumed frag monkey until I did some research. I believe that it is difficult to understand, since that is not a well-known phrase.
I know my grandparents don't, they couldn't probably find it with a search engine. They are good people and all, but the computer is not their forte, much as using french words is not mine.
Your profile says you post about once a month. I think you are cheating somehow. You hacker! I will have the admin ban you!
What's that flying over my head? It looks...funny.
That is a very thought-provoking question. I can't think of a single program that could not have a legitimate use. Granted, there are other ways to accomplish most of those goals, but even the most destructive program around could be placed on a cd, and people could use it as a: paperweight, mirror, frisbee, etc. Personally, I don't think any software should be illegal because of its functions as a piece of software. If it is a direct copy of someone else's work, I think so, but not simply because it has a use to do something illegal.
The game source (most everything but the engine source) is available for quake 3 here. This is usually enough to make a mod, since that is what you say you need to do. There are also level editing tools available at that same site. Also, there are rumors that the full source will be out at the beginning of 2005. I can't imagine that valve would give out any more than that!
So, are you saying that another person will vote, and will magically agree with the dissenter, or do you mean that it will be a 398-2 vote? The first case has its limits, as there are, IIRC, 435 seats in the House. So the limit would be 399-36. Still pretty much a landslide. But if you mean the second, that could work out.
My dad's name is Mark. He had a friend named Mark. The friend's last name was Sass. One day, while my dad, my dad's friend, and my dad's brother Pete were out, the friend got bit by a dog. Pete ran home, burst through the door, and yelled: "Mark Sass got bit by a dog!"
On an unrelated, yet humorous note, my dad once convinced Pete that he could jump out of the second story window holding the corners of a bedsheet, and he would float gently to the ground. Pete tried it, and broke his leg.
I believe that what you are referring to is the fact that the Linux version of the.pak files are available as a patch to Windows servers, allowing Linux clients to join. From the FAQ:
The Linux paks were not included in the Win32 1.1 release. But you can drop the Linux game pak file in your base/ directory: Linux 1.1 game file for win32 servers
Even that wouldn't work, as firefox can be downloaded in zip form, unzipped anywhere, and run using only files in that directory. You can even run many different versions of moz/firefox simultaneously. You can't possibly control it all unless you have complete control of the entire hard drive. And that's just way too hard.
I'm afraid I have not studied latin, however, the third definition in that link seems to contradict that athletics refers to being only physical talent:
One fitted for, or skilled in, intellectual contests; as, athletes of debate.
Granted, a computer game is not particularly intellectual (at least those of this particular league), but the English language is always changing, with new words being added "officially" at least yearly. Is it much of a stretch to allow athletetics to be applied to a game of reflexes and some memorization?
Speaking of Nearly illiterare morons, am I speaking to North or South America. You seem to imply that you are one of those.
It seems that the answer is yes.

You are both correct, parent in doom1, grandparent in doom2.

Mine leaks, and I have to refill it a few times a day. It is also very susceptible to viruses. I'm waiting until linux runs on it.
Yeah, but do they run {Linux, BSD, insert os here}?
Same goes for Republicans, Bush is screwed! Taft was a Republican.

He means get Nvidia graphics cards, but not motherboards.

I believe it is the prequel to ash.

You mean GAIN, not GAIM.

It's been said before, but one of the games you mentioned, specifically The Sims 2, has a DVD version.

You're thinking out of the wrong end here. It would be much more efficient to spray over the sensor once than every sign you pass. Easy fix!
So, how is it that people claim that there never were any WMD's? I'm not claiming that there were, just that the logic works both ways...
My address is 665, and across the street is a retirement home...
