man, I love the advancements of NASA, but honestly, how does maintaining such an old telescope with expensive maintenance...reduce cost? Especially when cheaper alternatives might be more feasible...or when money is put into reasearching newer, cheaper technology.. Nostalgia shouldn't be an issue here.
batteries? I don't see how that is cost effective. Not to mention if the child has 3 or more hours away from an outlet. I could see this being more beneficial when battery power beomces more efficient.

Making the online stores compatible with every browser and having almost any song, at a decent price, available at-will will be something to shake a stick at. No DRM either...not even Apple's generous Playfair. I want exactly what I get out of ripping a cd. That kind of portability and mobility.
