I'd have thought a system like this would be better implemented on rental vehicles rather than HP vehicles.

Of course there are all manor of comedy alternatives you could use this idea for ...

Didn't pay your income tax this year? Your ATM card doesn't work anymore.

Just look for the Compact Disc Digital Audio mark on the case, anything with that mark is a pure audio CD, it has to be otherwise phillips won't let them use that mark.

Granted, this will also include any mixed mode CDs with bonus video content, but whats to stop that data layer from trying to install DRM?

There is nothing wrong for people updating from 1.5-beta or 1.5-RC1 as the update is only around 360Kb.

Its probabably preferable for moz.org to let as many people grab the tiny update before anouncing the availablility of the 5Mb full installer.

When 1.5 goes gold however, you will have a very valid point, because I know that _I_ will be replacing my existing Firefox Setup 1.5 Beta 1.exe with the final version.

Sure it would. Not only would it vaporize a lot of water, giving the hurricane a boost, but it would also irradiate said water, making those 60 m/s winds with heavy rainfall into 60 m/s radiactive wind and heavy raifall. In short, it would be the dumbest thing one could possibly do.

To get around this problem they will wait until the hurricane is over land before dropping the nuke!

  25. Software to avoid on Best Setup for Mapping in Undeveloped Countries? · · Score: 1

Having had some experience with GIS before I will give this advice:

    Avoid ESRI software.
Its slow and bloated (in my professional experience) and there are much smaller and better GISes out there, such as MapInfo.

Compared to ESRI and some in-house systems, MapInfo was much neater, smaller and faster to use.
