    certainly. As far as I know even the US who likes to see itself on a morale highground in that respect does not allow groups whose goal it is to overthrow the constitution and abolish democracy, which is why a few political parties in Germany have been forbidden.

    apart from that: Rio does not replace the Karma battery. I also haven't seen 3rd party replacements for sale.
    I returned mine for an iPod due to a couple of technical problems.
    I miss the karmas gapless playback and crossfading, but with the aforementioned troubles I conider my current investment to be a bit safer. iPod is also a lot slimmer, the karma is quite thick especially when carried in a trouser pocket.

    The DMCA requires an ISP to take action if a report is adequately filed. A counterclaim can be filed to prevent an ISP from removing content. Blame the law, not some companies who have to follow it.

    You are right, Linux isn't for me. FreeBSD is. And the suggestion in the light of security concerns would be OS X. Or to isntall anti spyware in Windows, something much easier than fiddling with the abovementioned problems in Linux to get a game running.

    Less convenience means less incentive for users to install this distribution. But of course, Debian doesn't care about being mainstream or the widespread adoption of Linux or something. Yes, certainly, I am a masochistic idiot and want to subject myself to such behaviour when something which worked before now doesn't on this "better" OS. Face it guys, Linux will suck as being mainstream as long as it doesn't do everything Windows and OS X do, and it better does it even better.

    Noone will instantly have 1gb of mails to store there. they are fine with expanding their storage systems over time.
