You seem to be doing interesting stuff left, right and center - but what do you do to unwind when you get home? Are you a console guy, rabid over Halo 2, or do you prefer to curl up in a corner with a good book?
If you cover everything up - which I doubt you did, given that you did it with windows and the squares appear as parallelograms - it doesn't. I cut a template out of paper to do it.
The Ut2k4 engine is very versatile and easy to mod - as can be seen from the sheer quality and abundance of the mods that have been entered. With so many people who already have experience with the UT2k4 system, they may well stick to it if the Half Life 2 / Doom 3 engines are much more difficult to mod. The lower system requirements might be attractive, too.
That said, I'd love to see Natural Selection on Half Life 2.
Trampolines are second only to bouncy castles. And they both come into their own when put together (trampolining really high and flipping over the bouncy castle wall). Running up the outside of the bouncy castle, as well as collapsing the castle when people are inside are also great fun.
The be all and end all of bouncy games is bulldog on a bouncy castle, however.
I have difficulty seeing my projector sometimes on my cream, flat, wall. Are there that many buildings kicking around that have surfaces suitable for a projector to throw a visible picture on?

One thing that GMail appears unable to do is to show images that are embedded into the email. That's a bit of a poor show, in my book:/. I'm not talking about remotely linked images, either (which you can show at the click of a link), but images that are sent in the email itself.
It was good to see a country that, originally, was so far ahead of the rest of the world astrologically (for example, they made the first recording of a solar eclipse ever in 2136BC) beginning to catch up with the new kids on the block.
Even though they've had to rein in their plans slightly, it should still be good to see them do.
The UK government is trying to introduce ID Cards that sound similar to this. I'd be interested to know if the Americans have taken on board problems that the UK trial encountered early on. These included contact lenses, I believe, as well as long fringes disrupting measurements between significant facial features.
Presumably that means four episodes? And thus only three hours of Farscape goodness (in the UK, it is aired on BBC without adverts and each episode lasts 45 minutes)?
Or do they genuinely mean four hours? Which would be five-and a bit episodes. Which would be better:D
It wouldn't be practical, but if you took that and wrote a script that changed the 16 letters displayed, you could create the illusion of scrolling text. Then add an RSS aggregator and set the script to read from that file. You'd get a newsticker on your printer!
I'd try and do it myself, but the printers refuse my connections; if I can get it to work though, I'll give it a shot.
Right Here

The Guild Wars preview event started early. As in, it's up now. Everyone go play!

Actually, that might not be such a good idea. The game streams new content to you as you need it. Could their game servers take a
Yes, but each part lasts two hours.
The Second episode is going to be aired on the Monday - i.e. the day after - and not in the same slot the following Sunday.
I do twelve a day. Before breakfast. And then I go to Milliways.

The Berlin wall was the largest official game of Breakout to have ever existed. They won.
It was Tux!
Cedega is claimed to be much improved, offering the ability to play recent games released for Windows "seamlessly and transparently" under Linux.
