I had an application that in 2 weeks I built in Java/JSP/Oracle stored procedures, that I alone could maintain with 0 problems as the code was generated by really intelligent perl scripts.

We got change requests that take me 1 - 2 days, to cut costs / raise profit it was out sourced over seas with a time table of 2 weeks.

They destroyed the ability for generating the code, and made a huge mess of things, and the code was sloppy.

Cost more in the end as every fix I had to do took significantly longer now.

We had plenty of times we let the Indians do stuff and it all came out as the same useless shit.

I personally think the Government needs to ban outsourcing of IT as a protectionary measure to US employees, this is not blue collar work, this is technological work.

Let them overseas make molds of crap and build hoola girls that go on the dash, thats fine and dandy, but don't let them have access to technology / insider data.

Personally I'd like to see a return to isolationism and bring back manufacturing to this country.

Forget tax cuts, give me laws and subsidizing of creating jobs in the USA.

At the end of the great depression it was government building projects employing / training ppl that truly saved us long term.

Lets do it again, build it in USA, use USA labor.

USA all the way... bomb the rest for all the live long day.

Maybe we'll get lucky and India / Pakistan will nuke their respective asses.

You'd solve world hunger and our oil crisis all in the matter of a bit of tactical nuking of capital cities.

I think you should show greater respect to made in America products as the great saying goes... "German Designed, American Built, Japanese tested" -- referring to nuclear weapons.
There's more of them then us, but as George Carlin said... "we've got the bombs!!"

This whole north korea thing is to limit who has the bombs too, as we need to be the only ones that can nuke outside of our region. Regional nuking is okay we don't like that half the world anyways.

Also on the problem of trash... Africa has plenty of room for garbage dumping, nothing of value there outside of Egypt & South Africa, which we can just wall in to protect them from the garbage.

Innovation that drives employee reduction can be a good thing as it's progress. Drop kicking a well educated middle-class consumer / contributor for a piece of foreign trash is bad.
