I ran across a really interesting BSD discussion site the other day. It's a lot better than the Slashdot BSD section, which as you all know is too full of trolls to be useful.

When are you slashbots ever going to learn to recognize a troll? Someone posts a link to gay porn, and you guys mod it up to +5. I'll say it slowly so you can all understand... C-H-E-C-K L-I-N-K-S B-E-F-O-R-E M-O-D-D-I-N-G U-P P-O-S-T-S!!!!

I would say "mod parent troll," but the sad thing is, metamoderators don't check links either, so you'd probably lose your mod priviliges if you did that. So, my actual advice to you is (if you like getting mod points)...

Damn that was funny. Too bad the gay homosexual faggot BSD fanbois had to mod you down because I don't remember the last time I actually laughed at a BSD troll. Anyone with the courage and creativity to write an original BSD is dying troll (whether or not it's a parody of Monty Python or anything else) deserves to be modded up.

Actually no, he would buy some obscure company that makes coffee, and sue McDonalds, claiming that parts of their coffee recipe violate his intellectual property. Of course, he would never tell which parts of the recipe had been copied. After suing McDonalds, he would threaten to sue other commercial users of Coffee (like small independent coffee shops) for IP violation.
Furthermore, we would find out that Starbucks is actually bankrolling the whole effort, as a way of killing off the other coffee shops.
It's an improvement. More readable than it was yesterday. The alternating colors in the comment history are nice. . . . (admit it -- you thought I was going to criticize it just because I post at -1) . . . (but as long as I'm posting as -1, I might as well say something flamebaity... TROLLKORE IS TEH SUCK! LOLLERZZZ!) . . . (oh and a goatse link would be in order too, might as well make the most of my 2 posts per day) . . . (oops, almost forgot the jihad link)
Has anyone seen the banner ad for "Slashdot tech jobs"? Let's say you're a business, and you hire someone that found your listing through Slashdot. Are you going to act all surprised when they sit around all day... reading Slashdot? What genius thought of this?
Why not just study some slashdot readers? They're exposed to radiation pretty much all the time anyway; no need to waste money sending mannequins into outer space.
