The game is free to play, but you can actually "put coins into the machine" to upgrade yourself above your competitors (by buying "diamonds" and spending them on yourself for combat and tactical enhancements).
Essentially, the more money you put into the game, the better you'll probably do at it; sort of defeats the purpose for anyone who just wants to play without excess enhancements. This essentially puts the game into the realm of Zynga-type, Facebook-esque games where you can upgrade yourself through cash. $ = advantage in this Ultima. Not a game for me.
I go to the Mastercard website and request a virtual number. I can specify amount and expiration time (in months). It is linked to my credit card and once I use it at a merchant, that number can only be used at that merchant for up to the amount I specified. I love it.
Meanwhile, a few years back I had to implement Verified by Visa, Mastercom, and Paypal solutions for the checkout process for the company I worked for. Paypal was the easiest and the other two were crappy. I'm not sure how they've worked out in the years since, but you don't see me using them currently. Virtual Numbers all the way.
SwitchProxy stopped working for me on one of the other FF upgrades, so I gave it up for QuickProxy, which also requires less babysitting and is easier for me to use.
Oh no! Now how will comic book readers get new awesome multi-page spreads of thousands of comic book characters intricately detailed all posing in action shots and/or interacting?
Tweak Guides and their Ultimate Tweaking Companion is the first place I go when I need to optimize a computer or when someone who IS technically-minded asks me, the computer programmer in the family, for help. It is easily readable and free. You can also donate $ and get a bunch of extras. Additionally, the author makes guides for tweaking your PC for the best speed, overclocking, etc. and customizing for various games. It's an excellent resource.
A little originally failed research on my part reveals OpenPeak is an OEM.
Distributors include 02 selling "The Joggler" in England and Verizon calls theirs "The Hub". Apparently Telefonica and Swisscom distribute them as well.
Allowing junior to get those extra stem cells means the placenta won't be as delicious.

"What's the cure for aides?"
Losing all your weight, like Jared from Subway.
It's like the "Simpsons Did It!", except with South Park.
tl;dr - According to South Park, the cure for AIDS is money.
It's just like Unobtainium, except not real.
As in, posting here, or was that only when Achievements were released?
From SegaSoft. Good god, that game was the civilization that existed right before the Fallout in Fallout.
The people behind it should revise and release the damn thing for the Wii. Including the Dick Dale soundtrack.
Here is where one made a plea for it. And yes, I know about the fan remakes that have come and gone.
supplied by Western Union called BidPay, but I think that's gone gone gone.
It's not as popular, but it's more magical.

I'm gonna go find and chow down on some ninjas right now, so I gain Real Ultimate Power!!
I don't know at what "time" (months ago, etc.) you started unfriending addicts, but there is a simpler way to block all Farmville posts.
If you see one Farmville post in your feed, click it on the top right and you get two choices:
1 - hide all posts from Farmville
2 - hide all posts from this user.
All you have to do is select item #1. I've used it for any/all apps appearing in my feed.

It is as though they took an iPhone and applied it to a workplace telephone system.
Remember Josie Dressendorfer? She was a six-year-old who had a fruit sticker caught in one of her lungs. I blame the parents.
And like everyone else, I call them "hammers".
