should try FFXI. It's horrible to try and get good loot. At least it was when I left it to play WOW. You can tell where the mobs with the good drops spawn, because of the 20 or so people around it all the time. I mean 24/7/365. Even mobs that spawned as rarely as once every 24 hours or so...
It was really getting to be irritating. So I'm glad WOW came along. It's much more fun to at least get a chance for an uber item, even if it drops.01% of the time.
In City of Heroes and City of Villians they have billboard ads for things like huckster type lawyers, bail bondsman and such. They are pretty entertaining to me. Not sure if I'd like a real life ad....
So to get away from this virus, if I have the choice of buying an Windows type OS that SCO just developed or a Linux OS that Microsoft comes out with in response which would I choose???
And the reason they both dies pennyless is because of a response they mailed back to a certain african fellow whose inheritance was in jepoardy of being taken by the government...

You would think Slashdot readers would "get" this and know there are at least 2 internets. The one we are using right now to read this and internet2, the higher speed internet used by numerous academia and a few commercial institutions. Too many people rely totally on the media for "facts" like President Bush is not smart, because it's popular with a certain segment. When in actuality it is bias and opinion. I do not think journalists go through any due diligence and fact checking as they used to, that is as dangerous as any one man on any one launch button in this world.

But then outsourcing reared its ugly head and Lur, the leader of Persius omicron V started having his people do it for half the cost...

I was in the beta for COV and it was a lot of fun. Also there are PVP areas where heroes can fight villians for fun and profit !
One day my linux license from SCO will be worth it's weight in gold ! actually I never really bought one, I only look that stupid....
