UnixWare 7.1.4 -- A major upgrade to the UnixWare product line, 7.1.4 includes many enhancements that continue to keep UnixWare as the most reliable, stable, scalable and affordable operating system in its class. UnixWare 7.1.4 adds support to enable UnixWare to run thousands of Java and Web Services applications.
SCOoffice Server 4.1 -- SCOoffice Server 4.1 is a reliable, full-featured Internet e-mail and collaboration solution for small and medium businesses. SCOoffice Server stops e-mail viruses, filters out junk e-mail, and secures e-mail access. Providing more than just e-mail services, SCOoffice Server also delivers a real-time collaboration solution for scheduling group meetings, sharing contact lists and folders, and managing group task lists. SCOoffice Server integrates with Microsoft(R) Outlook(R) and industry-standard e-mail readers and Web browsers.
Smallfoot -- SCO's formal entry into the embedded UNIX market, Smallfoot consists of a toolkit that is used to create the Smallfoot embedded UNIX operating system. The toolkit is a rapid development tool that allows organizations to create a small software footprint operating system (i.e., Smallfoot embedded UNIX) customized for a variety of applications including Point of Sale, gaming, hand-held and a variety of other devices.

What would it take to make a PC fit in a DIN or 2 DIN hole in your car, stick in an 80 or so gig drive and you would have the ultimate deck, now how would you make a linux distro to run that and display on some LCD or DMD screen, I guess you would need a good amp as well Its worth a though I guess
Multiple tags can be read simultaneously by a single reader at speeds of up to 320km per hour (200mph), up to 100 metres (300 feet) away.
I guess I don't need to worry just keep it above 320
hmm I usually just go O I need $PROGRAM and then I go digging through my big pile o CD's or my install files folder I keep on a separate hard drive.
in no order Office (open or MS) Nero alcohol 120% msn miranda( no need to reintstall just run it) outlook(don't shoot) at least two firewalls (turn the XP one off) virus scanner if I feel like it media player(s)
I installed collegeLinux on another machine I still haven't seen everything that comes on that CD
well so far I haven't been afraid of using copyrighted software without a license and many small businesses don't either since paying for all their copies of MS Office would be rediculous for the actually return they would get. So most people wouldn't even look at the legality if they wanted to switch. If they were that informed they would know the SCO is just trying to pull something.
yes I think that those companies should use openOffice but no one wants to train them or explain the difference at least not me
The difference here is that the movie cam guy was caught in LA and the driver was caught in quebec. In Canada "Life" = 25 years and you get a chance at parole after 1/3. if he used a gun he would get the above sentence as a MAXIMUM. Since he was driving a car the law treats it as a vehicle offense.
Don't worry our laws confuse us as well as others
business as usual, unfairly crushing competition, and securing market share for the future to more then make up for the difference. The ONLY way to stop them is to ban them from selling their products. Repeated fining and hand slapping is useless.
um you can't just go and tell a company that they can't sell their product anymore. and crushing competition and guaranteeing future business is part or running a company.
don't get me wrong I hate microsoft pretty good too but they have made a pretty good product and they didn't get the amount of market share they have for nothing. So if you want to push your operating system get out there and do it.
Yes I know there is a roll-over risk with my truck as with anything that is fairly tall and narrow. but If you know how to drive there isn't a problem. I being a stereotypical teenager have pushed it to the limit and I know that when the bronco 2 rolls over your average car would be sliding. no I don't think that the bronco 2 is the safest vehicle out there but roll-overs are only one problem a vehicle can have
hey man you should learn a little bit about SUV's the explorer is the second smallest SUV ford builds and it is more fuel efficient than most large cars. Personnally I have an '88 Bronco2 (the precursor the the explorer) which is very fuel efficient and with 4x4 I can drive confidently on any condition of road.
everybody's seen the timed stoplights where if you drive $SPEED_LIMIT you will hit all greens if you go faster or slower or get out of sync with the light you wind up stopping. This encourages people to go the limit as would the idea of changing it just for speeders I like it
I have quite a few old pc's around now not all work all the time but they come in handy for tinkering around with and stuff. I think that a file server or small webserver woulc run great onone of these old machines. If the problem is with the power consumption didn't these old PC's have like 200W power supplies and the new ones have around 400?
Yeah I know this is april fools but... my ipaq + foldable keyboard doesn't do all the neat windows shortcuts I wasn't too impressed no Ctrl-Alt-Del or Alt-Tab but like someone mentioned you use the reset button (and you use it pretty regular)
April Fools day is the best day of the year
C'mon if you can't take a joke stay home on April fools. April Fools is the best day of the year. I look forward to pulling tricks and haveing them pulled. If you want to cry do it elsewhere.
if you apply for the job at google you could continue this project in your "20%" time and since laws have no effect in space you will be fine.
Happy April 1st
here is a way better solution plus a better vehicle
**ducks**
how long before we get skype lite and skype lite resurrection
