Wouldn't this make more sense as cum hoc ergo propter hoc, being as how it's an ongoing occurance and not just something that happened after something?

Just asking a question, thanks for the answer. And yes, I do ask this and read slashdot. I'm still learning my way around though.

Still though, from those links, it does seem that byte is more commonly used for storage than bit, although I see that it can be as well.

    Thanks.

  15. Umm... on New Ad Technology Tracks Consumer Movement · · Score: 3, Interesting

So it's basically just a motion detector with some fancy bells and whistles (ie, can tell if you're walking away)? What's the big deal? It's not like it's gonna give try and market special ads to individual people, or that when you leave the vicinity of the ad fixture it even remembers you.

Clicking on Ray Bradbury's name brings you to a link about "A sound of Thunder", and clicking on "A sound of thunder" brings you to Ray Bradbury's main page. Mixup, eh?

How good a movie it will be in comparison to the book, I don't even want to speculate. As far as just looking at it as a movie and not as a movie adaptation of a book, it looks alright, maybe something to rent on DVD.

Wow. This is really showing how the web can really be a great place for community building an etc.
The interview's long but it's well worth reading. Craig touches up on how he will work with the eBay fraud people to find new ways to combat fraud now that Craigslist is getting bigger (and hopefully better).
