I know that you are trying to be helpful, but your post reads as though it were written by a man in the depths of an ether binge. "Erm. Hrm. Well... No...". Why did you bother writing that out, changing your mind, and then not erasing and correcting what you wrote originally instead of just hitting "Submit"?

Obviously not a sports fan. If a star player gets injured, the "project" of winning the championship game that season will fail if there is insufficient talent elsewhere on the team to pick up the slack. Granted, Linux is not in direct competition with anybody, so they have basically unlimited time to find a replacement, but in the grand scheme of things if a few top contributors to Linux were to disappear or stop, Linux would lose a lot of footing in the OS wars.

I'd hardly consider the situation "Crappy Picture at a Low price, or Great Picture at a High Price" a "Catch-22". A Catch-22 usually involves some sort of circular logic; i.e. you can't a job without experience and you can't get experience without a job.

The recording side of Sony had no trouble communicating to the MP3 player side the fact that they should do what they can to restrict users from copying songs freely. Stupid things like forcing users to convert from MP3 to ARTAC and limiting them from copying a song more than 3 times (which was easy enough to circumvent) still leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth 5 years since I received a Sony "MP3" player for Christmas that at the time was worth $300.

With WASD, I place my pinky on A, ring on S, and middle on D. My first finger is then free to use just about any key to the right of WASD without leaving the natural typing position. With ESDF, I would either have to move my whole hand over one, or get used to using my pinky for the optional keys, of which the pinky can't reach nearly as many as my first finger can from WASD. Leaving the first finger on F is very important to being able to re-establish hand location after having my hand jump to enter a command such as switching to weapon 7, etc.

It's a turn-based strategy game that involves positioning units and issuing orders in order to properly assault an intelligent enemy, namely another living, breathing human.
