They're somewhat decent, as long as you rely on the touchscreen there shouldn't be any issues. The dpad is usually rather wobbly and the buttons placed pretty badly though it's enough for NES emulation. I'd stay away from 3d but a good RTS should find a market.
No, it has nothing to do with copyright since no copying is taking place. Copyright is the right to control copying, not use. Since Rockstar made a copy of "hot coffee" for you when they made the game you didn't need to violate their copyright to get it. Claiming that modifying a savegame constitutes a derivative work is a VERY weak argument since savegames are dynamically generated by the software through he user input and if there was any copyright at all it'd belong to the user who inputted the data that was used to create the savegame.
Partners in Time came out today in Europe. I haven't played it myself but it's supposed to be better than Superstar Saga and that was one of the best RPGs I've played.
Castlevania is somewhat recent, came out in September or so. Grab it, it's worth it. Except for the length it's one of the best portable games lately.
Sonic Rush is good, too. While some of the Zones are a bit annoying (Sky Chase Zone...) it's a good platformer and you UKers love Sonic, right?
No, if a woman is found in violation she has to leave and can't come back until her clothes fulfill the standards. Of course it's not going to be "hand me the fine and we'll forget about all this", continuing even after a fine was handed out will most likely get a more severe reaction.
When you have people believing that AIDS is a curse by the gods that can only be remedied by raping ten virgins, yes, prevention is going to be a huge deal.
I did. But I never installed any HL2 mods so I guess I don't count. Could have saved so much money by waiting for the price drops... Meh, I'm waiting on Quake 4, at least.
Because Google blocks some countries' IP blocks from using video.google.com.

How about PDAs?

Is changing a savegame file "circumventing a technical measure for copy protection"?
Or collectible card games...
You got that wrong. MS announced their XBox division won't be profitable until 2007 but after that they expect profits.
Phantasy Star Online. If we ignore the "not really massive" bit for now...
It's just that Sonic regularly manages to top the UK software charts despite the newer Sonic games (with exception of Rush) being total crap.
Okay, so if I were to go out right now and buy a new PSP, how would I go about making that run emulators?
Fortunately they're going with bog standard SD cards next gen.

I think he said "gaming".
Any otaku (at least I hope so) would be able to tell you that long "o"s are written "ou".
Nope, it's third person and I think they babbled something about tactics or somesuch.
Here you go.
Somehow that made me think of Sam & Max...
Two downmods and the karma bonus on that post is gone, doesn't matter what other mods there are.

No. Of course not. You have to have the usual "May explode, may be poisonous if swallowed, may contain peanuts" notice.
Hm, I'd love to see how the "manic-depressive" malus would work out in an MMO environment...
Is there a demo somewhere? It's still 30 Euros and I don't want to spend that kind of money on a realistic game without having played the demo.
Sony has nothing? Then what is this "Central Station" online service you're supposed to register with?
