I guess....I've lived in several parts of the US and I've NEVER heard the word apartment used as something you can buy, only rent. Condos you can buy (or rent).
Apartment = owned by apartment complex, rent Condo = owned by an individual, lived in by owner or rented to another person.
I got my Master's in CS when I was 23, in 3 semesters (full time) with only a 1 semester break between undergrad and grad. THAT is the way to do it. Now I have a house, wife, kid, and 40-hour job, and I'm still in my 20s. Imagine my life another 5 years from now, it'll be even busier. It would be really, REALLY hard to put in that much school work now. I probably wouldn't do it at this point, just too busy.

I don't think taxes "punish" success. Even if you're in a higher tax bracket, it's not like you're making LESS net income than you would at a lower gross income level. You make an extra $100K, they tax you an extra $10K, or whatever. You make an extra $1M, they tax you can extra $200K, or whatever. You'll still making more money...
It's not "Michael Bay" camera work, it's "Saving Private Ryan" camera work. That movie defined the style.
If you want to see this in action, watch the HD version of "The Shining". That has got to be the best HD transfer I've seen so far of an "old" movie.
Wayne's World called....they want their colloquialisms back.

Does not mean what you think it means.
MOD PARENT UP.

Okay.
Any sheep dog who intentionally harms the lowliest little lamb will be punished and removed.
Except this part never seems to happen. Abuse of power is not usually punished, since their job is "so hard".
That's the only episode of Trek of any stripe that made me....get a little dirt in my eye, or something...
God I hate that bitch. Ever since Buffy.
astraweb is the best provider out there.
Unlimited transfer, really fast, 200 day retention, SSL, 20 concurrent connections, for US$11/month.
Nope, check the big Bs and the little bs. :)
As a bunch of (electric) eels tied with electric cord??
Only if there are enough of them to fill a hovercraft.
Sure you can. A good quality (not insane quality, but good) movie at 720p is typically encoded to fill a DVD5 (4.37GB)
4.37GB = 4474.88MB = 35799.04Mb
So we need to stuff 35799 megabits down a pipe in 2 hours or so.
2 hours = 120 minutes = 7200 seconds
35799/7200 = 4.97208 Mb/sec
So you need a sustained transfer rate of about 5 megabits per second to stream a 4.37GB movie in 2 hours.
They've got UNIX covered though, that works for me.

DBAN to the rescue!

Yeah, because labs with electron microscope really need that $500...
Just another negative consequence of the "War on Drugs".
Also, I can't my a single box of pseudoephedrine without giving Walgreen's my driver's license number. Now THAT'S some bullshit.
I thought it was primarily the relative humidity of where the barrels are stored that causes more/less water/ethanol to evaporate, not temperature.

And we're also about 15% Firefox! Pretty amazing in my book. And this is in a rural, "downstate" area; quite surprising really.
"When running from a bear, you don't have to be the fastest, just faster than the slowest guy."
I understand exactly what you mean.
TFTP to the rescue!
Just curious, do you work for Raytheon (RPS)?
