Doesn't really matter, it's all about the GPA. If you've got that you get the money, both after your degree and while earning it.

I live in florida and there's basically 2 classes of people here. The model students who all seem to get the same test scores and GPAs and get almost all the resources and scholarships and then the rest of us mere mortals with GPAs in the mid to upper 3 range (out of a perfect 4.0).

Given the sheer quantitity of stuff the first class of people are capable of doing with very little time left for actual studying there is either a huge number of people living here with eidetic memories or a huge number on adderall or their study-drug of choice cramming books at 3am for tests the next day.

In college, yes. But in college (at least at mine) they need to actually investigate and hold a sort of semi-hearing on whether or not to discipline me and how, and i'm allowed to argue my side.

In my high schools, all 3 of them, I was never allowed to even be present at any of my "hearings" for plagiarism or worse and attempting to defend myself in any way was specifically listed as a form of insubordination and added on to my punishment.

Remember, we're talking about a group of people who will check "insubordination" AND "gross insubordination" and then treat them as two seperate offenses just so they can claim multiple offenses and suspend someone longer.

Hi, nice to meet you too. Living in Orlando Motherfucking Florida right next to two of our most populous colleges and just a few miles north of Downtown Motherfucking. I have the options of: Embarq DSL (which I have - 3/600) Huge portions of central florida are stuck with either just embarq, with a lucky few having a choice between embarq or brighthouse. And trying to get any sort of service over the last 10 years has until very recently resulted in me getting laughed at and hung up on because they had an absolute monopoly. When I finally did get someone down here he discovered that they'd been so lax in their maintenance that the wires were literally falling apart in his hands. I'm sorry, but those of us living in some 90% of the goddamn country have no choice because we live in monopolies or, if we're extroardinarily fortunate, a duopoly.
