Actually, Word's Autocorrect feature has come in handy for a High School Senior Prank. Other than that it's only good for capitalizing my I's. I'm not going to bash just m$, the word finishing feature of openoffice.org, who's idea was that?
Overall though OOo is more stable than Word. After a SP2 upgrade I had to reinstall M$ Office. Not with OOo.
Well how hard is it to just plug in the cable charger from there? You already pulled the device out of your pocket, walked to the charger pad, and placed it where it will rest. It only removes the easiest step that wired charging had, pluging it in. It's not like we can rest the device on the nearest table and forget about it.
No, this is M$... go ahead search for the slammer work, it only effects M$ products. Although they have an agenda, it's booked 6 months with slacking off. Way to go M$.

Well here, we always say we need to educate users. What is this? Let's see, what I've heard is "use a firewall" "always install spyware/antivirus". Well what if you just add some low profile software to the machine computer to make sure those are varified.
This idea can be extended, but if the user can't do it themselves, give them help.
We were just working on fixing some web template errors with my friend, and we discovered that the copy of IE on our computers does not register and tags... yet every other browser did.

My DirecTV based Tivo will record two shows at the same time. Although I cannot watch a live show while it's doing that, I can watch a recorded show.
