    40fps for me on an nvidia 430gt and an amd quad core while running desktop effects and xbmc on another screen.
    The sounds are fucking terrible however, the compression needs work for it to be playable my poor ears.

    In the last year or so as the Sprint users in my area have gotten more and more smartphones I find that 3/4 of the time my 3g just sucks balls and doesn't work the other 1/4 of the time. I'm smack bang in between about 5 towers so don't try and tell me it's coverage. Sprint claims to have no idea what's wrong but I'm not a fucking retard..

    No reason? What about the age of the actors?
    You can dress them up however you like but it's been almost 10 years since the show aired.
    The change is still going to be noticeable especially for the younger members of the cast.
    Sorry, but if Firefly were to ever return it would have to take place after Serenity.

    We had a lot of fun changing the size of the explosion to envelope the whole screen. ^_^
    This was done on various computers at school and people were unaware of the changes until they played.
    I wonder if those computers are still being used today and if anyone has managed to revert the changes.

    They're squeezing as much profit out of us as they can.
    If they started released 3, 4, or 5Tb drives at reasonable prices we wouldn't keep buying up these 1 & 2Tb drives like they're going out of style.
    It's almost entirely likely that these drives are almost effortlessly cheap to make now but there's no incentive to lower prices because we all need them.
    More accurately this part of our history will be known as "the great cashgrab" of the early 2000s.

    You do realise that ground based vehicles use quite a bit more fuel per mile than those in the air don't you?
    Even if they didn't, flying at constant speed without having to worry about stopping every few minutes the fuel savings would be enormous.

    The version of Gish that was released with the original bundle was fully up to date, a patched version was even released later with bug fixes.

    TrueSpace used to have an intentional memory leak if you didn't have the parallel port dongle attached to your computer that came with it.
    So this meant you could only use the software as long as you have memory/swap space to spare then you'd have save an restart.
    Luckily I had 128mb of ram and a 20Gb hard drive at the time!
