    Did they know at least the basic equations behind it and that said equations never repeated, or at least not within the amount they could calculate? Probably. Did they know WHY the equations behaved that way or even related to real world crystals? Probably not.

    Only when you count quests that involve killing x type of monters to get y number of baubles, and ironically enough you tend to get more xp killing the monsters than from completing the quest.

    Apart from R:FoM, what does the PS3 really have? Until better games come out, there isn't going to be an increase in demand at this point. It would be like the Wii having one good game, saaay Twilight Princess. Sales would be nowhere near where they are now. They'd still be higher than the PS3, but that's because it's less than half the price.

    Actually, creationists by definition DON'T have scientific beliefs. That you lump them in the same category shows you know little about actual science. Anthropological global warming is sorta like string theory. There really isn't any actual evidence that can be directly attributed to either one, at least if you want to be truthful about it.

    At odds? Really? Cause looking at the enviro's agenda there seems to be one hell of a lot of 'playing god'. They want to play god with the worlds economies in order to stop something that may or may not even be happening. What's more, when asked of how to actually stop the problem, which, if real and as major as they're screaming, simply cutting emmisions won't, they answer either they have no clue(the correct answer) or that people will come up with a way and implement it.

    Dude, you obviously don't know a lot about greek heroes. Except for a few, Hurcules and Orpheus come to mind, pretty much all of them were assholes like Kratos. If not worse. In fact, pretty much everybody in the greek ledgends were assholes. Obvious exceptions being the aforementioned, and Arachne. And without a doubt, most of the gods were as big fucktards if not bigger except for a couple of minor ones.

    Y'know, if everyone's having problems writing advanced graphics drivers for Vista, perhaps the real problem is the structure MS implements. After all, it's technically MS's responsibility that the emulation software for DX9 and OGL works. More so the former than the latter perhaps, but they have yet to do even that.

    Medevac tends to mean much more often massive blood loss or organ punctures rather than the need to amputate. At most, the number of medevaced people who needed amputation are probably less than 3000.

    Of course, if they force the issue, 10:1 gets you pharma companies hiring people to go in and collect samples on their own. Probably be a lot cheaper than paying off the indonesians. As soon as indonesia gets the expertise to discover and then make the vaccines they can charge as little as they want. Until then they can shut the fuck up about it. Of course, given the way things are looking in indonesia right now and the continued marginalization of the non-muslim population, that's about as likely as a two dollar crack whore memorizing the entire works of Shakespeare.

    Actually, that's known mortality rate. Chances are that it's less than 50%.Since we only actually known for the most part about the serious cases, the actual kill rate could be much less.

    The point remains, they suck ass at writing a decently optimized graphics engine. They had to do a major rewrite for the PS3. That it came out as good as it did is really quite surpising given Bethesda's track record.

    Even though it's not hard once I got the hang of it, the first two i did by going up and down really quickly. If you get part of the howl on each line, it'll let you complete.

    Your point? Grinding levels in F1 as well as F2 accomplishes the same thing. Mind you, both games were quite honestly much better than any final fantasy after 6. FFVII, while fun, didn't have the same impact. For that matter, you can pretty much one shot the boss in F2 even at extremely low levels.
