I understand the fire part ("Damn, I saw a picture of him drunk on FB but cannot use that to fire him!") but I don't understand how they can enforce that when hiring ("Hmm, I saw a picture of him drunk on FB so I don't want to hire him. I'll just say his CV isn't good enough").
That's really a good reason to choose a coffee shop without wi-fi: being able to have lunch without being forced to work during it. They could even put a sign on the door "No workaholics".
So they exactly don't want to be able to see any kind of Flash content? I wonder why among the Flash haters here on/. the percentage of iPad owners isn't larger then...

For a company of such size, they failed way too much in the new stuff they tried (Zune, Playforsure, Live Search, Vista, Kin...). One could simply think that they're quite unable to come with something both new (or copied) and successful.
