    To reply to myself, having explored a little more. According to the source, it's not an overlapping DIV error or anything like that - there are no links in the HTML. Yoiks!

    The shuttle certainly does not enter into a geostationary orbit. The space shuttle orbits at a much lower 300km.

    I agree that the UN shouldn't be involved: ICANN is already international organisation. Who cares if it is based in the U.S. - so is the UN.

    And I have to disagree with that, paganizer :-)

    One person has a great technical idea but no clue on selling, another has great business sense but couldn't rewire a plug. They combine, form a team and get rich. Amen.

    To paraphrase you: "There are lots and lots and lots and lots of excellent business people able to sell valuable ideas, concepts and things. If they don't have someone to have an idea, concept or thing then they are not going to make any money.

    In addition, the code given by the grandparent would not compile (at least not with a standards-based compiler), as cin is not within scope - a using declaration or directive is required (or direct resolution - as in the original code).

    I'm guessing you know this, but the grandparent needs to have a word with their professor ;)

    That'll stop the command prompt from disappearing at the end. There's probably a checkbox in the IDE somewhere so this is a bit of a fudge, but it's a quick and easy solution :)
