    If it's anything like the ones Orange.FR operate in hotels, you buy a scratchcard and follow the instructions. As for reimbursement, I guess you hand in the card with the train ticket, taxi & restaurant receipts.

    If you'd bothered to actually read the link you posted, you'd see that the common noun, case 2, is not capitalized. Thus the term "Moon" does not refer to other natural satellites. The term "'tard who tried to look clever and failed it", however, does apply to you.
