Yea killing the same monster over and over and over and over again... dude WoW is brainless to, no action (beyond cheating) you take have any consequence on your character. All you need is to spend some gold and you can redo you lvl 60 char. I have the game and frankly I can't remember why I consvinsed myself to buy a supscriptions game.
I recomend everyone that are thinking about this game to take a look at lion heads forum - what do you DON'T like about B&W2 (http://allboards.lionhead.com/showthread.php?t=97 765). There are rants there and peopel flameing Lion Head in ways i can only dream of doing. BTW the Like thread is about 1/4 of the don't like and if you remove all the OMG the grafiks are UBER the do not like thread dwarfs the like thread.
Since Microsoft controlls the min specs for the Pocket PC Platform some blame is on them. If Microsoft included the folowing in the min spec i'm sure Pocket PC can make a comback. - Standard Connectors This will make accessories makers to Pocket PC happy since every other modell have diffrent connectors (that are all but imposible to get for a fair price)
- Give the Pocket PC the ability to be USB-HOST The "new" xscale prcessors allready have support that are not used for this. And why this is not standard allready i do not understand? Think about all the USB connected accessories that can be used.
This two changes will transform the PDA to a TRUE mini computer. As it is now it's a Minicomputer that can't interface (IR != OK) to it's immediate surroundings in a cost efficient way.

I'm willing to pay for a service that gave me the shows i now download (illegaly) for a fair prize say 10$ (and no stinking DRM) a month! Now that wold be wonderfull! Almost like a dream.. that will never come true..
Yes there you have it! The only reason 99.99% of the computer users today don't change to Mac/*inx OSes. The almost total elimination of OpenGl games for the x86 platform is and will be the number one reason peopel (like me) do not change. And yes there are games that don't req DirectX but they are not the majority.
And this is why if Appel lanches OSx for vanilla x86 computer it will most likly fail.

Drop the OpenGL fanboyism. There is not one new game that requiers OpenGL to run (Exept ID softwares games). The only reason OpenGL are not dead is ID Software and there games. Like gorw upp no one is writing opengl games for windows anymore there is no reason DirectX is greate to work whit and well suported by Microsoft and ATI/NVIDIA. And the Linux/Mac game market are not big enuff to care about.
Face it OpenGL is DEAD when it comes to games on the x86 platform!

2:I feel bad when buying stuff from china. Chine is a communist dictatorship, no human rights, no acceptable work environment, the organs of the large number of citizens that gets executed in china is "harvested" hand the government makes millions of it. If possible I like to boycott chinies stuff.... but that is impossible since everything is done there theses days.
I predict that this out sourcing and shit like that is going to backfire and we will plummet into a new economical depression. If that happens at the same time we run out of oil is another issue.//mod me down.. everone do that!
What up whit this search you hard drive crap? i have NO problem finding anyting on my drive. And guess how. yea thats right i USE folders! duuuuuu i don't c the problem they are trying to invent!.... on the other hand i use total commander instead of explorer crap so that may be a helping factor in the organation. (think Norton/Midnight commander but for windows).
Why is there a Googel article EVERY FREEKING DAY? Ok it's a good search engine i GET IT! Googel this googel that wtf is up whit that? Stop it and find some intresting news NOT about the underground sponsor to get free advetisment on slashdot sponsor googel..
Paa at my swedish UNI we had some Indians that did a mayor in embedded system and dude i tell you they knew NOTHING! Thay where suposed to be Undergraduates ( i belive that is the correct term IE Batchelor of xxx) and they had never ever programed a microcontroller! They destroyed all the equipment in one of the lab rooms forcing the Proffesor to rebuild most of the stuff for the students that came next year(me).
No i DO NOT fear India! paaa what a bunch of noobish fuckwits!
