I restarted late yesterday so I'm sitting pretty low on open items right now. I usually have 5-ish Firefox windows open with several tabs in each and a heavier amount of tabs(10-15) in one or two... then usually a Windows Explorer window or two and other misc items.
My SVCHost has been a real pain latelly and sucking up RAM like a mofo. Its currently using 130MB which is on the lower end of what I've seen it at latelly. Thats the reason for my recent reboot. I do that when my computer starts paging too much.
I think the SNES games for the virtual console begin at $8. I'd assume a premium game like Zelda 3 would command a premium price... Lets hope the price isnt TOO premium though.
When I was in elementary school they banned all Nerf toys.. we had been playing with a foam Nerf Boomarang and I think it hit someone.... as a result schools ban-stick smote us and our playground fun.
School isnt a place for fun or physcical activity anyway. Students should each be in padded rooms with no hard surfaces or sharp corners. Any "writing" needs to be dont by means of voice recognition to avoid usage of sharp writing utensils. Reading is done from a screen flush in the wall covered by a thick transparent gel coating for maximum cushioning incase of bodily contact.
Sony recently confirmed its disposal of the previously mentioned exploding batteries by means of burying them in a landfill of North Korea. The landfill was stuffed to capacity and sealed off early last week. Sony reports it intends to bury the remaining defective units somewhere in Iran.
I prefer the quality and physical ownership of a CD, but I love being able check out new songs to see how I like them via the intarnwebs.
As such, all filesharing has done for me is increase my CD purchasing.
Myspace has also helped in this regard.
I dont see the relation between adding tedious in-game actions and a new method of control for a game. The two ideas are rather different.
The Wiimote doesnt just add useless actions, its like giving players a third hand in regards to control input to the game.
Hand 1: joystick.
Hand 2: buttons such as A or B
"Hand" 3: Movement of the controller
The movement input from the controller thankfully being far more robust than just tilt sensing.... I think involving such fancy things as acceleration and possibly even cooler words like inertia that I dont really properly undestand I'm sure.
Anyway, I think I've forgotten my point, and my coffee cup is empty. Time to submit. Ta Ta For Now.
But then, there have been 8 ships in the USA Navy with the name Enterprise as well as 14 Enterprise ships for Britian's Royal Navy. Its certainly not exclusive to the Trek 'oh Stars
Orion though... well thats just a blatant attempt to snag fans from the Stargates... or perhaps fans of Greek mythological hunters.
The biggest game buying forces want games for the latest generation of whatever flavor console/s they have (Sony, Microsoft, or Nintendo). If your going to make a game for a Sony system, do it for the PS3. Likewise for the other systems.
Developing for the older system comes off as more cheap/bargain bin style. Even if it was the best thing just a few months previous.
Heck ya. I still use my original NES from time to time. I love the old school Metroid and Zelda. I'm sure people who have the old Atari systems play those too.. Systems never really die as long as they have some fun games. However, the end of support and push by the owning company may come to an abrupt halt. Thats when replay value of the games come forward allowing you to witness the firepower of this fully armed and operational battle station! or.... um... the console.. I mean you can see the long term playability of the console.
The Yakuza are respectful. On an episode of The Simpsons when one of them accidently came flying through a window, he bowed before heading back out to rejoin the gang fight. He could have just killed everyone in site, like ninja's sometimes do, but no. He took the time to show the respect and bow. The're sweeties!
Radio: Officers, be on the lookout for a jet powered 2000 Silver Volkswagen Beetle.
Officer: I have a visual! He's headed northbound on... oh wait wait, nevermind. This on is red.
That'd be a seriusly slow private road...
10 minutes for 1 mile?.. on real roads, is that how California really is? Crap that sucks. I'll stay up here in Washington.... and far north of Seattle as well.
What they want to accomplish with all the extra space?
High Def video takes considerably more disk space than the current standard-gen DVDs. So thats what the extra space is for.
Thats quite the bold statement you made there.... ....except, ya know... not.
Wind farms make noise and kill birds thats alright. Birds are a renewable resource.
Oh cool, thats good to hear. I read an article on IGN lastnight that said "Starting at $8." I definately prefer the flat rate.

I fully expected to be bombarded with a variety of clever and cliche butt jokes. I even contributed. I'm such a team player. Go team!
I prefer to call them dingle-berries
lol. Very good point. I would give you 5000 insightful points if I had any.

I want a Powerglove again dang it.
Really? Thats cool about the homage to Star Trek! Thanks for the info
I was gunna make a joke about IBM buyin the International Space Station but uh... .. well I've been beaten to it... about 35 times over.

lol.. good point about the blinky NES factor. Man, I hate that.
