    Point taken, but the purpose of flash is, well, flash; to grab ones attention. This is a step up from previous versions of flashiness like ASCII pics or banner adds or whatever was before it.

    Where as with the current gen of word processors aren't any better than the one before it, the grammer checker is abismal (still!) and the 'features' that are designed to help me tend more often to annoy me or be straight out wrong and counterproductive.

    It is hard to dissipate heat in space. Even if the few atoms that hit your cpu are of very low temperatures, there aren't enough of them to keep it cool enough to run.

    No, they probably made ten times that from the price fixing, so the cost of doing the price fixing is still less than the benifits, so it was still worth it. Corporations don't have morals, they have cost/benifit analysis depts.

    I site using flash gives (sometimes) more value, and the processor is there to use, where as a bloody word processor that drags my compy down to die pumps out the same end result in about the same time as another one that takes a fraction of the processing power. You can't compare a flash site and a word processor in that manner.

    The google map isn't detailed enough, but Vegreville Alberta has a giant Easter Egg statue. If you can find a detailed enough satellite pic of Vegreville, you will see a huge black, yellow, and other coloured Easter Egg there.

I think they are just making this crapo version so they can say that the pirates have another option w/o violating the 2 prices for same product thing and then launch a big legal raping campaign against pirates in Brazil.

    yeah, I got ambitious one summer and convinced my mother to buy a decent set of rechargables. I kept track of them and made sure they were in the devices we use often and kept them charged. We saved a decent amount of money over a year and still have the batteries in good working condition. They save you money but it takes dedication and a memory.

    Ehh, no. I could zoom in far enough to see my car in a Canadian city and enough that my tiny home town was 4 inches by 2. I know stuff like this has been done before, but this was done quite nicely in my opinion. Could use a feature that will tell you the age of the picture and resolution of area without having to zoom in and find out yourself.
