  2. The flu vaccine is more important if you're a high risk of exposure (eg have kids, work with the public), but it's also very important if you come into contact with people vulnerable to the flu (elderly, immunocompromised) that can't take the shot themselves.

    You might be living under a rock, both those two are pretty well known though I'm not personally convinced they're worth that much.

    The profit originates where the item was purchased. Note profit, not income. Obviously licensing a patent to yourself is not a cost.

    They do pay property tax, and presumably pay for services like water & sewer. As a Canadian it seems odd to have income taxes for municipalities.

    The current system was setup eons ago when the expectation was that they'd be paying taxes elsewhere. Even were that the case it wouldn't be a great solution as these large dominant companies would still be taking advantage of the country and only taking money out without contributing back. There are jurisdictions that operate on territorial taxes.

    That argument could be made for a pretty wide variety of stuff from sugar to alcohol. The biggest argument against smoking & e-cigarettes is that one person forces their choice upon others.

    Really taxes should be paid in the country/locale where the money is earned, not the HQ (or a post office box somewhere). Otherwise these large multinationals will continue to be parasites on countries around the globe.

    Even if its not a bunch of jerry cans as the other guy suggests, there is some engineering to a big tank not only for crashes & spillage but simply to avoid the fluid acting like a battering ram when the vehicle brakes.

It may not be less efficient, consider without the service every car must drive X distance in order to get fuel, if the service is able to get the distance between deliveries X then it could be better. (Though they probably need to do a lot better than X-1 to account for a heavier vehicle laden with fuel)

    The flip side is downloading a bunch of cruft you'll never use. It would also be a significant extra load on mirrors.

    How long before they stop allowing us to turn off cortana and web search results? And lets be honest, Cortana never actually goes away even when disabled its still running.
