    And most 360 owners have wireless controllers. And most PS3 owners have wireless controllers. Most PS2 owners don't though.

    Flash is great for vector animation, but it doesn't offer any advantages when it comes to web video.

    It has the advantage of a huge install base.

    Perhaps you might like the Villa Volta. The entire house around you moves about in a different direction to the seats you sit on. Really cool!

    It's an unnatural engineered-in limitation, which I would expect people to be seriously pissed off about if they weren't clearly informed prior to paying for it.

    Look at Spore. People are seriously pissed off even when they are clearly informed prior to paying for it. And rightly so, too.

    IBR is how it has worked in Australia for a long time now. Basically the government pays your tuition, and when you get a job you get repayments along with your tax. Interest is the CPI. If you lose your job, you don't pay. If you move to another country or whatever, you don't pay.
    The income threshold where you have to start paying it off is currently about $40K. If you put in a voluntary payment of at least $500, the government will put in an extra 10%.

    I have to put the music on my file system anyway. Then I have to ALSO add it to my iTunes library. And then I have to add it to my laptop's iTunes library.
    Considering it's a pretty simple thing to add, I really don't think it's too much to ask.

    That's OK. The files will come pre-encoded.

That 255 number represents more than a six-fold increase from fiscal year 2005, when the DOJ said about 40 individuals or companies were convicted of over 100 criminal violations of export control laws

    So how many were charged and then aquitted in 2005?

    If there was a genuine discount (e.g. pay $45 and get a "$50 Gift Card" for ScamCo® products) I could understand the appeal - in that example, the company would be paying YOU in exchange for your cost in lost usefulness of the money by accepting the "license". I don't recall ever seeing it done this way, though.

    Back when I was on a pre-paid mobile, they did this.
