It's an unnatural engineered-in limitation, which I would expect people to be seriously pissed off about if they weren't clearly informed prior to paying for it.
Look at Spore. People are seriously pissed off even when they are clearly informed prior to paying for it. And rightly so, too.
IBR is how it has worked in Australia for a long time now. Basically the government pays your tuition, and when you get a job you get repayments along with your tax. Interest is the CPI. If you lose your job, you don't pay. If you move to another country or whatever, you don't pay. The income threshold where you have to start paying it off is currently about $40K. If you put in a voluntary payment of at least $500, the government will put in an extra 10%.
I have to put the music on my file system anyway. Then I have to ALSO add it to my iTunes library. And then I have to add it to my laptop's iTunes library. Considering it's a pretty simple thing to add, I really don't think it's too much to ask.
The Department of Justice this week said it has placed criminal charges or convictions against more than 255 defendants in the past two fiscal years â" 145 in 2008 and 110 in 2007. That 255 number represents more than a six-fold increase from fiscal year 2005, when the DOJ said about 40 individuals or companies were convicted of over 100 criminal violations of export control laws
So how many were charged and then aquitted in 2005?
If there was a genuine discount (e.g. pay $45 and get a "$50 Gift Card" for ScamCo® products) I could understand the appeal - in that example, the company would be paying YOU in exchange for your cost in lost usefulness of the money by accepting the "license". I don't recall ever seeing it done this way, though.
Back when I was on a pre-paid mobile, they did this.
I guess there are ignorant dipshits who will believe everything they read on the internet
There must be. I just read it on the internet!
And most 360 owners have wireless controllers. And most PS3 owners have wireless controllers. Most PS2 owners don't though.
you don't own your favorite comic book
Not owning something doesn't mean you're not allowed to have an opinion about it.
If you can get over Titanic
Sorry, that's a no go.
Flash is great for vector animation, but it doesn't offer any advantages when it comes to web video.
It has the advantage of a huge install base.
I expect I'd have to be physically moved about as well - in a completely unrelated way to what is happening on-screen
Perhaps you might like the Villa Volta. The entire house around you moves about in a different direction to the seats you sit on. Really cool!

Prove that the word "fuck", in all contexts, can actually cause harm to a person.
Ouch! That hurt!
Not if they block google.
Ah, but who runs the Catholics?
I don't like encoding my music into a proprietary format.
That's OK. The files will come pre-encoded.
This reminds me of Lord of the Flies.
Now there's a book that makes me angry!
I think he'll probably get over it.
What's the point of evolving amphibious capability if not for greater environmental tolerance?
Who said evolution has to make sense?
Do you also write "cafe" instead of "café"? Or how about naÃve?
Well yes actually, pretty much everyone does.
14 years. Plenty of older series going round.

Or an example a little closer to the proposed location.

Is it something in the water
I doubt it. We don't have any in Australia.
but censoring or filtering the internet will not end anything, and will merely drive kiddie porn, gambling and hate speech back offline.
And even that assumes that the filtering actually works
How much later do you want it to set?
1 Hour. I thought that was obvious. :)
