Don't the compressions just need to run once per show? Not every time you stream. Yea, up to 500x more, but only once. Seems like there really isn't much of a problem.
Police would be here in less than 4 minutes. Then again we encourage self defense, leading to so little crime that the police can respond immediately to what does occur.
From what I've seen, people going into unpaid internships are the lower quality students that couldn't find paying jobs. It makes sense that they don't progress as fast later.
To bad reality doesn't support morals. A human controlled robot is simply to slow to win. I think it'll end up with humans defining strategic mission parameters and robots using programmed tactics that are adaptable withing a framework.
In the USA, drugs are required to expire once their effectiveness falls below 95% of original manufacture - in the worst storage scenarios. I think it was Tylenol that was still 99% effective after 40 years but aspirin was less than 1% effective. Pills lasted the longest but liquids lasted the shortest, while there are a few medications that do turn toxic. We do need far more testing because of the amount of wasted medications. Maybe something like an original (95% in worst conditions) date and extended (80% in good conditions) date.
500 million asians have been pulled out of poverty - by reducing the living quality of 300 million americans. I don't want to pay that price. Europe, Canada, and really every country except the USA put their own citizens first. Why are we the ones that have to sacrifice for everyone else?
You mentioned something extremely important - how many hours do we work? Do companies now expect 12 hours a day now that some people no longer have a long commute?
Not when you factor in manufacturing of the pieces and parts to do the electrical generation, storage systems, far more complex energy transmissions, redundant systems due to undependable energy production, etc. Economics still wins out because its the science and engineering of Efficiency and Effectiveness.
Where do you get that rural is more expensive? California pays 5x more for electricity than I do (in a border state) simply because of their over-regulation. That's common in "city" areas.
I already do that at Winco and keep going back because the price is 1/3 less than anywhere else and the quality is good.
"The Experience" is severely overrated unless you are going somewhere focused on entertainment. For that reason, I'm not going back to Disneyland for a while because its become just too mechanical. The magic is gone. I don't expect that from a grocery store.
It legalized more over-immigration of quasi-legal stays without a visa for 6 years, then likely a path to still stay after that. It all reduces USA citizen jobs and pay. That's wrong. Look at every other country in the world and the USA is the only one that doesn't protect their own people. A big reason why Clinton lost was her promise to Wall Street for open borders. Americans told her to fuck off because of it.
All of which has nothing to do with a company offering training. It's a standard marketing tactic to get people to buy their product - nothing to do with the environment. Software companies do it almost universally.

Better yet, Tesla should move to another state. Arizona and Idaho are close.

Not if you say "No". Most people give up their privacy because of laziness.
I think that was underground heat storage from solar, not electrical storage for cars.

Does it actually work that way? Is the entire civil contract thrown out on the smallest technicality?

When people bail on me then they are no longer friends. Clears things up very quickly. Peer pressure works.
Same with FOX the last 8 years.
Problem is that "news" is no longer interested in facts.
In my effort to eliminate garbage like that I discovered that Google News only allows a maximum of 100 blocked misinfotainment sites.
Except that a candy bar has nothing to do with secret information. A candy bar is an minuscule cost and a low cost challenge to keep a flexible mind.
It's probably better quality programming than Amazon or Netflix - their content is a race to the bottom and then some.

Multiple factors are likely - including human caused global warming, which is an established fact.
Rather than panicking or useless attempts to roll back the clock, start adapting. Plant coral that thrives in warmer water.
I usually rent because Uber isn't there when I need it.
Where the heck do you get that? Silicon Pirate Valley is sitting on $2 Trillion in offshore accounts.
Actually it was Clinton that enabled China's rise with Free Trade then Obama sitting back doing nothing the last 8 years during China's aggression.
