How can the beatles product be diluted when they don't own the publishing rights to most of their songs which belong to neverland inc and the recording rights which belong to capitol records. It seems apple has a name and no product.

I have now decided to start a couple million shell companies with all the names left in the dictonary an put a nice little tm next to them. As long as I'm first with the name I don't need a product that will be diluted to make my millions suing people.

Buying all the property and paying for all the court costs when some owners do not want to sell means there is a significant overhead before anything gets built, not to mention all the bribes, I mean campain contributions, to politicians to get approvial.

You must be a pilot, dogfights happen in air shows and bad 80's movies, not in real combat anymore. With missles shooting down enemy planes before they are visible to the naked eye dogfighting is a term of the past. UAVs have a much lower probability of being discovered using the same radar foiling technology but being much smaller means a smaller RCS so the UAV will not be detected and could imobolize the enemy's air fields and not have to wory about air to air combat. The bigest threats to the american airforce is mechanical problems and SAMs.

I see very little need for pilots in the future except to fight the UAV that decides to attack us but missiles should get that job done.

When I'm hungry for a snack eat carrots or other healthy food, I eat more calories than many overweight people I just do something with them. These are simple things that I do every day and this is why I don't gain weight, it has very little to do with not eating and more to do with eating right and exercising. Anyone can choose to eat carrots or celery instead of ice-cream and candy, chicken and rice instead of a Big Mac with a coke and fries.
