nope, running linux from a windows partition is not possible with this installer, you need the wubi installer
for that, which installs Ubuntu (so this will probably also work for Debian in the future...)

As angle of attack increases, ground speed goes down I think you mean pitch instead of 'angle of attack'
Angle of Attack is defined as the angle between the direction of the airflow wind and the wing, and has by definition little to do with the ground speed or the wind direction.

I think the major thing here is indeed the better development tools, with 3 architectures supported from a single code base, plus the fact that artists are given almost complete freedom. Given the fact that on most big games a lot of time is spent on getting the artwork done, I think this is quite an important improvement that many game studios are very interested in.
