    i believe it was Abraham Maslow, author of Malsow's Heirarchy of Needs- our needs are predetermined in order of importance i.e. food, clothing, shelter, and your ability to obtain each need is determined by whether you met the need before it.

    in beatiful, scenic new hampshire (usa) where i live, if you drive down a road and the police pull you over while you have an open alcohol container in your car, it's a $2,000.000 fine and jail time. however, pulling a flatlander move and throwing it out the window only cost you a $20.00 -> 200.00 fine. the icing on the cake is in new hampshire there is no distinction between the beer you are drinking and the one buried on the floor/in the truck-bed that you drank last week. or picked up off the road as litter. or someone else threw in your truck-bed while you were at the beach

    the fact that the guy was sharing official music should net him some jail time. the fact that it was Guns'n'Roses demands that it not be suspended!

    well, not being a phyicist (but interested in physics), i still don't see how the size of an objects matters in relation to the effect rendered. just because an object is larger (more mass, right?), it's effect is larger as well?

    there's something wrong with your math, but i'm not a mathematician so I can't point it out. however: if the price of OS Y is included in computer X's price, then doesn't Y = X? or isn't Y a sub-set of X? using your equation, Y = Y1... the only part that makes sense is X + Y1 = $$$$$ somewhere...
