  1. I run my own mud! on MUDs Turn 30 Years Old · · Score: -1

And I have been for 4 years. It's a great experience, it's totally retro and I find it a lot more immersive than some of the "impressive" graphical MMO's can offer. Imagination is equally as powerful as graphics if you ask me. :D

  6. Re:Summary is seriously lacking here. on NPD Will No Longer Publicly Provide Games Hardware Sales Data · · Score: -1

    Insight is pretty simple.

    www.vgchartz.com

They've been getting a lot of fierce, FREE, competition from ioi over at VGChartz. VGChartz was doing month to month comparisons of their data versus NPD's. They even come out with weekly North American figures opposed to NPD's former monthly figures. David Riley has had a lot of encounters with ioi and has acted very childishly, as seen by this blog release, calling these "amateurs" sociopaths. The real reason NPD is doing this is to try and go for a cash grab to those that want the data, and to more than likely sue anyone that releases the monthly figures, and to try and snuff out these amateur tracking sites.
