Let's develope obscure societies with secret rules, strict hierarchies and stupid ceremonies all for the high and noble ideal of keeping the secrets away from the peasants.

Today's Decision concludes that as of 20 June 2006, Microsoft had still not supplied complete and accurate interoperability information as required by the March 2004 Decision. Microsoft's obligations in this regard are clearly outlined in that Decision, both in terms of the result to be achieved, and in terms of what Microsoft must do to achieve that result. These obligations were specific and have not changed: it is for Microsoft to produce usable documentation.

Can't be arsed to read 6 full pages of babbling... this is not a re-design; this is general laundry. Good stuff your theme is refaced accordingly to the "seculum". Now get rid of the chaotic content and the million menues/submenues and/or "great" feed/channel/utilities that bloat the page and you will certanly re-design something. ermmm, I think I've just burned my positive karma out in one round.

If it is because this aspect of science should remain under God's jurisdiction, then I must insist that God has harmed us by not disclosing this information. We need it to fight the diseases which God allows to plague us, and to heal injuries that God allows to happen to us. This information qualifies as critical, need-to-know information, and if God won't give it to us, then we have no choice but to figure it out for ourselves.
hmmm... is this a sort of metaphor?... let me see; GOD enforces you some sort of EULA and an OS with a closed source, full of vulnerabilities... You fools, OPEN-DNA is the future!!!!
