In fact, it would be more helpful to children if whoever created this list contacted US authorities, as child porn sites are illegal... however, clearly that's not possible as the sites aren't child porn, so no one would care.

younggirls.org I started from the bottom and this page CLEARLY has naked girls UNDER the age of 18. Legal images as they are photographs by David Hamilton. They fall under art but are absolutly 100% of girls under the age limit you mention.

In the US waivers MUST be signed by performing actresses that they're 18 years or older. I perused the list and every US based server I looked at had known porn actresses that are 20+, let alone 19 or even 18. Guaranteed that some old guy, completely out of touch with his youth (ie. over 50), and probably unable to meet young attractive women banned anything that remotely looked under 30. This is religious conservatism at its worst and the Finnish people shouldn't stand for this repression!

For legal reasons, I'd prefer to err on the side of caution and not publicly share this letter as our case is ongoing. However, the letter is a cookie cutter letter sent by many lawyers representing the BSA, and it can be found word for word elsewhere on the net. The only difference will be the software they've accused us of pirating. Dealing with the BSA has been an eye opener into the worlds of licensing. Things that you and I might consider licensed, they won't let pass. Things the sane world would consider legitimate, they don't. If you don't have receipts, it's not legit. If you didn't purchase your OEM Microsoft Office from a certified Microsoft OEM Partner, it's not legit. If you didn't purchase your Autocad from a licensed dealer, who didn't purchase it from a licensed distributer? Sorry, that's not legit (even though you have a receipt, with media and a serial number!) We're obviously contesting some of the above, but whatever these pesky companies put in their licensing disclaimers is considered licensing law.

Would you mind scanning and posting that? I believe you, but I'd like to have something to show folks who think I'm crazy when I talk about the BSA. If you want to send it to me I'll happily do the redacting work and get your approval of that before posting.

$20 for Portal is iffy, I agree, but consider that you get TF2, Portal, HL2, Ep1, and Ep2 for $50, it's a fricking steal. Even if you've already played all the singleplayer Half-Life games, TF2 + Portal combined is IMHO easily worth $50, particularly TF2.

Do you have a source for that claim? Their website says they only want to see a valid license. There are a million reasons you could have a valid license that you got for free. Everyone keeps saying that and modding me down, but I really dont think its true.

Yes, I have a letter right here, from the BSA, that states that I require a receipt for every copy of a Microsoft product that's in use at our network. And despite our, and the educated user's strong dislike for Vista, just as many people are interested in seeing this flashy new operating system. After SP1 is released growth will increase considerably as many people are currently 'waiting for the next service pack' as they did with previous operating systems.
