I feel silly for spending $1500 or so for a brand new build this January. Granted I decided to go midrange (don't upgrade very often - so want a good utility-price balance).
24 hours up straight is bad but sometimes a necessary evil, and I've done that before back in University. And I'm sure those in the MS competition didn't keep going even when they started to feel ill. 72 hours straight to the point of death is something else entirely.
Not well versed on the US legal system, but can't the court hear "secret" evidence but in some kind of closed session? Granted it's not much better, but this case involves some serious infringements of liberties.
I always find it odd how people enjoy mindless entertainment. Nothing wrong with a movie that has a plot..that's not that deep but isn't asininely crafted (Star Wars' plot was kinda..meh, and it was fun to watch, for example). You can find a decent medium. But, meh, Bruckheimer and Bay put this crap out and people pay in droves to see it.
Or at least it's partly because Windows has a larger user base. More targets justify the time to attack, after all. Interesting read though, this must be interesting work for, well I guess both malware and anti-malware app authors.:P Not liking the ads on the site though
Well India handles it (over several weeks I think..) so paper ballots can work well. The US they vote on a lot of things, so I'm guessing that might be a lot of paper though but eh, better to have it take a long time and be accurate. Ah, and surprise that a fellow Canadian is lecturing US folk on stuff, hehe:P
Ohhh SupCom's great fun. I'm waiting on my friends to upgrade so I can play with them, hehe. Different style of games, I always found SC to be something bordering on tactical with all the micromanagement possible. With SupCom and the large armies you can field, things get more strategic.
Well your point aside, there was a major conflict in that region, if I recall Sarajevo saw some action (how I learned of the place as a kid actually:P)

Oh I dunno, if you want to watch it whenever, independent of your connection's status. Or, well, if you're downloading an application. :)
I always thought writing was. Oh well.
I wonder if the ads managed to influence the conversation to have "What's with these @#$@ing ads?!" :P
You prefer if those four cops had just beat the scrawny kid into submission, given the question you lead off your post with.

Funny how the "inferior" way has produced competent students for a long time.
So...conservatives are the soldier-fanatics of the God Emperor ? :P
Ah, the human being as a cog in the machine.
Hm probably not, I doubt they even had the wherewithal to make bread, let alone trade it!
Well that's what E3's for I guess. Hype and interest.

Complaining and thinking something's bullshit doesn't mean you're not going to adapt.
He'll need to make a law about jokes about Godwin's Law :P

What are you complaining about, a torrent gets you what you want waaaay faster than some tiny little stream. Flooding is a worry though.
Well. You've just convinced me my life is a failure. Suicide booth here I come!

Bah, CMI was the best of the series for me. Was very funny, introduced Murray! Come on, have to love it for that diabolical talking skull :)
Does ANYONE proof-read these things ? *boggle*
So THAT'S what happened when Beagle 2 landed.

Was never taken with Starcraft, liked TA much better. Will be worth trying at least.
