That sounds kinda dangerous. Would you like to scan the packet for me and post it some where for downloading? It's probably an error, and should be corrected.
"For there is no comparison between that which we may lose by not trying and by not succeeding; since by not trying we throw away the chance of an immense good, by not succeeding we only incur the loss of a little human labour"
The kit was so people who wanted to could play around with ps2gl and the emotion engine, not to turn the PC into a media centre. It centred around creating a community of programmers who knew C++ and needed/wanted a cheap way to mess with a MIPS based processor. I'm sure there are a few developers out there that got their start on the ps2 linux kit.
The ps2 linux kit locked access to the optical drive after you booted, so you couldn't use it to rip DVD's, although you could play movies off of the network or at least copy them over the network to your harddrive.
You can cover up the aftertaste with another NNS (non-nutritative sweetener) with a longer/different sweetness profile.
The problem isn't the level of sweetness, its the KIND of sweetness, and the sweetness profile created.
Actually, I suspect that most diet drinks have less CO2, as NNS are much more expensive than sugar, and the sweetness maskes the acidity of the CO2. Therefore they don't have the bite that the regular versions have.
If my money is going to someone, it may as well be Sony rather than M$ or Nintendo. Lets not underestimate the tecnology that will flow from IBM/Toshiba/Sony because of this.
Its a far better reason than anything else. Even price.
I took the test, and apparently the Kazaa download contains spyware. I haven't used windows for a few years, so I was suprised to read on the wikipedia that Kazaa is funded by spyware.
I heard good things about it too! I better stop trusting people!
M$ a desperate to have their game console to appeal to a much wider audience. You appeal only to 'hardcore gamers' by selling it too expensive. The following is a quote from an interveiw with the VP of marketing, Peter Moore.
Gamespot: What grade do you give Xbox, version one, in the area of marketing and advertising?
Peter Moore: I'd say a B. One of the things that probably stopped us from being an A- is, [even though] we created a very cool and aspirational brand, we need to broaden the appeal of the brand. Not losing, or disenfranchising in any way, the gamers that got us there today--which is always a marketing challenge--but we have to grow.
But at the same time, we need to make sure we continue to talk to the more hardcore gamer, the early adopters. That has been an important part of our success, and we fully intend to do that. At the same time, we need to provide an even more approachable feel and tonality to the brand, and we need to do things differently.
Apparently everyone copies nintendo. Gameboy camera anyone?

I just don't really get it. Someone care to put me straight?
seems our opinions are a little unpopular.
(ouch, that was a little harsh)
They made $4.5 billion profit last year.
Its like a fasionable thing to do nowdays.

Its true. Although I doubt they will give access to the blu ray drive, but that won't really be such a bad thing.

Comeon everyone, get your priorities right! If this thing works, OpenGl and the community will rule!
I found a thread asking for them, and here is the address. If you want torrents at Gamespot, then post here!

...I still sometimes call XMMS Winamp. The OP is using Winamp, so hes using Windows. Therefore, the suggestions should be windows only, right?
/considers install abiword once again.
Its so obvious!
...nobody reads them anyway. Why don't you just copy the EULA off of a similar product? Make sure the lawyers read it first.

Apparently geekdom does not have ANY say in whether a format is accepted. This statement has given me a headache. OOOOhhh, my head!
