I can tell you that at least in the class 8 trucking world, the manufacturers know very well what the realistic conditions are. They work very hard to do just enough to pass the emissions regulations and then they move everything around elsewhere in the calibration maps to sacrifice the performance in the tails areas and get the best possible performance in the areas that customers actually drive the trucks.
Being near a ground plane can generate down-force. The wing might be shaped to generate a little lift to counteract that. Though it seems too high off of the ground for the ground plane to come into play much.
That is true for engines with carburetors. A fuel injected engine would only use the same amount for a few minutes at idle if you were cranking it for a few minutes. When you are actually cranking the engine, it uses about the same amount of fuel as is needed to idle.
One thing to consider is that what you believe to be fair punishment for a crime likely has some basis on what culture you were brought up in and how "tough" on crime that culture is.

Its case is aluminum and waterproof. And the keyring hole is very strong. You do have to unscrew the lid every time you open it, but that doesn't bother me much. Also, the 2 rubber bands on the outside came off of mine. Again, doesn't matter to me. I am very impressed with the quality of the aluminum case and it has a 10-yr warranty.
Yes the way others play effects the individual hands. But I doubt it has an overall effect on your odds of winning. If a player hits on a 20, they could just as easily burn a low card that you would have gotten and the jack could be next.

I have to disagree. You could leave the book on the copier on accident because you forgot. copying a page is not illegal if you plan to use it for research. I do not see a reason to put up a file for download other than to distribute it.
