Just like the study showing a large number of Oprah's viewers are depressed. Do they watch Oprah because they are depressed, or are they depressed because they watch Oprah?
So why hasn't Apple made it easier to run OS X on a PC? If interoperability is going to be the bar Microsoft is going to be measured by, why set it any lower for Apple?
You don't have to donate to download the file, he would just appreciate it. Yes you CAN use MSConfig, but you could also use one utility that's pretty well built to take care of it all in one fell swoop.
You're now confusing the word addiction (the state of being enslaved to a habit or practice or to something that is psychologically or physically habit-forming, as narcotics, to such an extent that its cessation causes severe trauma)
with dependence (being abnormally tolerant to and dependent on something that is psychologically or physically habit-forming)
The word habit is still out there, and means hat it always did. A Habit is something you do just because you usually do it. An addiction is compulsory, I leave the toilet seat up out of habit, not because I'm addicted to leaving the toilet seat up.
My monthly bills including two credit cards, student loan, house payment, car and home insurance, all utilities, and cell phone comes to less than 1400....I need to find a garage to rent out there....
"reasonable cause to believe" he broke the law, hmm, he is using someone's ISP other than his own to surf the web for something he was probably (as a sex offender) ordered by the court not to. Sounds reasonable to me. I've seen many times on the news that sex offenders(usually child molesters) are ordered to give up their porn, in which case I would assume they would be prohibited from it for a certain period of time as well.
Using someone else's ISP is not failsafe, but if they are monitoring yours for suspect activity, then you'd at least have a better chance of getting away with it doing your suspect activity elsewhere.
Then again he was probably just checking his stocks.
The Dell De-crapifier removes almost all of the crap that the new Dimensions come with. Alot of my clients buy a dimension to save a bit of money, and then pay us $100/hr to remove all the junk that comes on them. Go figure.
Just as well, if I'm not mistaken, this means that those can still see basic profile information...request to be added as a friend and go from there. I know people who accept anyone who requests to be added as a friend, just to up their friend count.
Yes, I know parents can't be everywhere, but come on! She's 14, I've seen a plethora of news broadcasts advising parents to monitor their childs MySpace usage, and to educate their children on the BASIC dangers of the internet.
Sue your parents kid, they kept you either ignorant, or naive. While naviety is certainly refreshing in this day and age, it is dangerous for those who have the resources to be preyed on by the guiless.
Talk to your high school science teacher, ice floats because it's less dense than water. As water freezes into ice, it expands. Floating in the water it would displace more water than the equal amount of water in said ice cube would take up.
This is why if you place a full bottle of water in the freezer it explodes. Big words don't mean you're correct.
...better off asking the customers usually.
That happens fairly often around here, I often wonder if I can get a commission from the number of sales I've been consulted on whilst browsing at CompUSA. I could use the extra money for that nice MB upgrade!
Yes, but the Americans perfected it...when British people sing do they have a British accent or an American accent? Seems to me like if we all sing the same way(non-british) then that must be the more correct approach to the language.

Z-Zip format, compressed file format starting to get a foothold. not sure if there's an OS X decomp or not. http://www.7-zip.org/
So I'd get a bill from Cingular for said text message...I already get enough unsolicited text messages that cost me money.

Last time I had to cancel AOL I still got charged for the next two months...aparently canceled doesn't mean anything anyway.

so if it wasn't inside of a confined space it wouldn't expand?

Got the joke, took it as far back as I thought possible to keep it from going any further.
