The web didn't exist until around 1994, so how could he have been setting up websites before Nissan existed? Nissans were around at least as far back as 1988.
Not that I agree with Nissan's corporate bullying..
As a matter of fact, he didn't scream nearly as loud as people thought he did. The crowd was VERY LOUD at that time, and he was yelling to be heard over the crowd. With the media plugging directly into his soundboard, you can't hear the crowd's noise, and thus people thought he was screaming like a madman.
Then cross the border to the U.S., get your package, open it and make it look like a used item you previously owned (and therefore must have already paid GST and PST on), then drive back to Canada customs-free:-).
Wrong. All mechanics own their own tools. Tools are not things like hydraulic lifts, alignment machines, etc. Tools are things like wrenches, sockets, torque wrenches, brake tools, etc.
Many places in the country have good public transportation? Perhaps a handful of cities do, but the U.S. has overall some of the worst public transportation in the developed world. Try getting from Stafford, VA to Richmond, VA without a car. In Europe, you'd be able to easily hop on a train. Here it would probably take a wretched Greyhound bus.
They won't release any really "vital" pieces of code, because it would reduce their competitiveness, and the most intelligent of the porn spammers and viagara salesmen would find weaknesses in the search/indexing algorithm and exploit them to bring their pages higher in the rankings.
Now if only they'd hurry up and open up gmail to the general public! I've had no luck in getting an invite:-(
Kudos to Mandrakesoft for getting out of their bankruptcy situation. They certainly have the possibility of becoming a leader in Linux distributions, since Red Hat has dropped the ball to focus on enterprise linux. Does anyone remember the days when Mandrake was little more than a relabelled RedHat with some slight modifications? I would never have guessed they'd still be around.
Boy am I glad that 90% of the music I listen to is from independent labels. Dance music is not taken good care of by RIAA labels (except for the most popular DJs and producers), so I'm lucky in that I can buy the music I love without doing business with these idiots.
But, You can't emigrate to Quebec unless you have french proficiency! Just check out their forms. There's no way to get a Canadian equivalent to a green card if you intend to live in Quebec, unless you know French. What you can do is is get a permanent residency in Ontario, then just move to Quebec.
Just in case anyone was looking for it, the Dilbert mission statement generator is here:

LOL, How about Gaithersburg?

They started calling their portable CD players "CD Walkman" a few years ago.

And how would you continue to function in the American society, which is automobile-centric?
Driving is more important than being able to walk in this country. We are essentially a police state because police can demand "papers" at any time.

You ignore the fact that Paypal stinks.
Check http://www.paypalsucks.com for details including their theft of people's money.
Did you know that Quebec is the only place in North America where an unpaid parking ticket will cause an arrest warrant to be issued?
Pretty ridiculous if you ask me..
Welcome to Texas. Bloodthirsty state.
Fairfax, VA has countdown timers on the pedestrian signals.
Ontario has over 11 million residents.
If it were a US state it would be in the top five.
Sure showed the idiocy of those people who got up and left.
Real good example for the black race!
Yeah, maybe in some rural hamlets people don't bother locking their doors...

Keep in mind that the Quebecers do eat a lot more Nutella than other Canadians. Just check out their store brands.. there's dozens of them.

That's hilarious!
Excellent Idea.
Are they selling subscriptions to people who reside in the states?
