It just goes to show if you're not running a website that shows all people in a light and happy and cheery manner, don't use GoDaddy hosting or GoDaddy DNS registration services. They've interfered with other sites as well, if they cannot shutdown your website, they'll just turn off the DNS resolution for your IP address like they did with Seclists.Org http://seclists.org/nmap-hackers/2007/0000.html

    GoDaddy is the Self-Proclaimed Internet Police and just because they have the ability to interfere with certain websites they think it's OK. Of course they'll argue Terms of Service, but no company should be able to interfere with one's First Amendment rights. Also why should they want to disable websites in this manner anyway? All the negative press must affect their profit margin.

    I can't believe it took so long for investors to bail out. With such flagrant and desperate acts of legalese I can't imagine anyone would believe the stock would suddenly skyrocket if they won. (Which was looking less and less likely as the years passed.) I suppose those who still owned stock were hoping for that very miracle, because they had too much money tied up in the organization.

    If you're paying for software which is supposed to be designed to make your computer more productive, the software should not be delivering unproductive advertising let alone reading your email or private documents. TV is free because we're forced to view advertising. I paid for my computer and my internet service so I shouldn't have to view ads.

    If they want to run ads on my computer, they should be paying me. (Although, they couldn't pay me enough to run windows.

    Is it just me or is Microsoft seeking alternative means of profit since Vista was released?
