TERMS AND CONDITIONS Compensation. For each month during the Service Period, Google will pay Contractor (i) for each Customer for whom Contractor has collected and submitted Customer Data to Google in accordance with these Terms and Google, in its sole discretion, has accepted or approved of the Customer Data submitted by Contractor for such Customer, a one-time fee of two U.S. dollars ($2) (a "Base Referral Fee") and (ii) if such Customer is a Verified Customer, an additional one-time fee of eight U.S. dollars ($8) (a "Bonus Referral Fee" and together with Base Referral Fee, "Referral Fees"). A Customer is a "Verified Customer" if and when Google receives written confirmation (whether by mail, email or on-line via a URL designated by Google) from such Customer that the Customer Data submitted by Contractor for such Customer is current, complete and correct. Payment of any Referral Fees is contingent upon Google's receipt of a completed W-9 Form by Contractor. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, the Referral Fees will not be considered earned by Contractor should Google, in its sole discretion, determine that it has previously received Customer Data for such Customer by a party other than Contractor and so inform Contractor no later than five (5) business days after Contractor's submission of such Customer Data. Google shall pay Contractor Referral Fees earned during each month, with payment for that month being made within thirty (30) days of the end of the immediately following month, if Contractor has earned at least twenty-five U.S. dollars ($25) for such month. If Contractor has not earned at least twenty-five U.S. dollars ($25) in a given month, then Google will defer payment until Contractor has earned at least twenty-five U.S. dollars ($25). Payment will be mailed to Contractor at the address provided by Contractor on Contractor's IRS W-9 Form. For the avoidance of doubt, (x) Google has no obligation to accept or sell Google products or services to any Customer and (y) in the event that a Customer purchases any Google product or service, Contractor is not entitled to receive any compensation or payment in connection therewith.
or it maybe that when the cpu is running at 333 the system bus is running to fast for the wi-fi chip like how when you overclock the FSB on older MB's the pci bus and other buses speed up as well to a point where it is too fast for the cards / chips on that bus.
The Tilt bits are more like the Slot machine ones then the pinball.
In the old mechanical days, slot machines had tilt switches. While modern machines no longer have tilt switches, any kind of mechanical failure (door switch in the wrong state, reel motor failure, etc) is still called a "tilt".
Now days a slot can get a tilt for things like paper out in the ticket printer, cpu board errors, data link errors, even minor glitches, and other things. That can trigger a tilt like Vista's protection system and it does not mean the player did something wrong .
In pinball games minor glitches are not called tilts.
there are areas where you get no or a weak voice only cell network link. And this in in big city area and in the US cell phone DATA and text messing costs to much for that and some people have that tuned off so they don't pay for incoming texts yes you pay when someone sends you a text.
I don't think the traffic light them selfs are running on x86 hardware they more likely running on a Embedded system and yes they are networked / linked to other lights, railroad crossings, and some times back to some control center. The camera system may be running x86 hardware.
and you want source code and/or the "version info"/ bugfix list, along with the version for the lights and the camera system as well the light timing settings. Also some times LED lights have a some lag before they are fully on this is more likely on light that used to be the non led type that have led installed in to them. Also some cameras go off on amber / Yellow and some the amber time is too short for the speed limit.
cell phones and pda uses may end have to pay the data bill for ads that they may not even want and how many people will want to waste there battery's on Bluetooth for this?
and $599.00 for a Combo Drive and 2x512 of ram? with only a 1.83GHz Intel Core 2 Duo cpu. It is still a rip off as you can buy systems for less with the same cpu and a DVDRW drive.
to buffer data, let games install data to it so they are not limited by the game disk size, VM for more system ram, updates, add ons, mods, demos, save game files, the game console os data, linux, and so on.
hiring more people is better then over working the people that you have. Having 2 people working 40h a week each is better then one person working 80h a week.
There is much better windows doom ports that can fully run that game and ID even has there own win32 port of doom. Also the low screen res of that game will look real bad on new big screen LCD or CRT. Even the old win32 doom port at a max of 640x480 will look better.

Why is the stereo even hooked up the rest of the car? Some day a DRM cd or mp3 file may end up crashing your car and that may take steering, brakes, windows, door locks, ac / heat and more with it.
There was this car with iDrive that had a os crash and the windows needed to broken to get out of the hot car.
Only in the US out side of it they can say what you can do with there os after you buy it. So when 10.5 comes out BUY and hack it to run on any system and apple will not be able to stop you.
if it suddenly became impossible to pirate office then the schools will just set up a deal with M$ so the kids can get it at a very low cost.
that is what the M$ tests talk about in there network setups.
fake joke billboard also fit in.

also a dc set will give off less heat leading to less need for AC
Get rid of the AC DC power supplys and replace them with bigger ones that power more then one system also this will work better with back up power.

Will this also make you pay tax when buying stuff out of state over the internet with out paying the sales tax?
Ebay?
This sounds like a sales tax not a income tax so even if you are not make any money they still want you to pay.

It's too bad the Lionel Hutz has been dead for a few years.
But they also have saying that Eula can not say what hardware you can install software on. So You can go out buy mac os 10.5 and put it on any system.
